• Very friendly staff!! Nicely remodeled rooms, lots of comfy pillows.

“We were very happy with this hotel! Convenient to many nice restaurants, and very friendly staff. Remodeled rooms are great! Fun to find a hotel that still has a balcony you can stand out on.”

• Free parking, some hotels downtown charge $20.00+ for parking. Free shuttle downtown.
• Can't think of anything
  i was unhappy about.

“Clean, with all the qualities i like in a hotel. Nice location, free parking, shuttle bus to downtown, good buffet breakfast for around $9. Great large shower.”

• Spacious room bath, comfortable beds and seating.

“Centrally located, very convenient to Vanderbilt. Excellent staff, spacious room and bath, comfortable bed and seating with nice desk area for completing work. The free parking and free shuttle to Vanderbilt is an excellent bonus! Would really enjoy staying here on a pleasure trip in the future.”

• Room was clean and bed linens were crisp, white & clean.
• No continental breakfast.

“Overall, a pleasant stay. Hotel was under construction so common areas were ripped up and we were awoke at 830 AM by drilling & banging. Shower door kept sliding open on it's own releasing water into the bathroom. But these are my only complaints. Room was clean, comfortable, affordable & included a mini fridge & microwave.”

• Location close to Vandy and close to Downtown. Shuttle was a great option.
• Construction was unappealing.

“I would stay here again. This is my second time at this hotel. The last day was annoying because construction started before 7 AM.”

• I could sleep there.
• It was dirty and the fire alarms kept going off.

“This is the worst hotel I've ever been to. Currently undergoing renovations, parking is impossible and entering the hotel involves going through a construction area. Two of my three days in the hotel, the fire alarms went off and stayed on for at least a solid 30 minutes. Ridiculous.”

• There was an amazing executive lounge that we had free access to on our floor.
• The room decor was quite dated.

“This hotel is in a great location. It's within EASY walking distance to all sorts of things! They're currently undergoing renovations, so hopefully they will update the decor in the rooms. Also, the front desk staff was phenomenal!”

• Staff, attractive rooms with microwave and refrigerator, clean.
• There was construction in progress which made the hotel seem out of sorts to some degree.

• The friendly staff.
• How hot the common areas were, no AC.

“The hotel was under construction so there was expected construction messes however, there was no AC in the common areas so it was really a shock walking out of the room into the halls. There is a little gift shop that has everything you need and the front desk staff was great. The live music in the bar and grill on the weekend nights was fun as well.”

• The free shuttle service was excellent and convenient.
• There was construction out front but we were made aware of this when we selected the hotel.

“The location and shuttle service made this an excellent value especially for a holiday weekend. The staff was pleasant and helpful. There was only one small issue; the batteries were dead in the TV remote. Maintenance responded with a new one but it was broken.”

• Room smelled like stinky feet.

“I was disappointed that I was not told there was major Construction at the hotel. The bathroom was newly remodeling which was very nice, but the bedroom area smelled like stinky feet. Even the hallway smelled like old carpet.”

• Country Music at the bar in the evenings and clean rooms.
• The hotel was under construction.

“This hotel will be great once completed. However, it is currently under construction. Cranes were hanging outside and water was turned off for several hours. On the positive side, the room we had was just finished and the granite bath and shower was great! The hotel staff was friendly and a USA today under the door every morning!”

• The shuttle took us downtown it saved us taxi money and was safe.
• Was under constructed. Parking was limited. Carpet in room was not vacuumed.

“The hotel was under construction. Parking was limited. We used the free shuttle to go down town in the evening (saved taxi money and felt safe). The bed was comfortable extra pillow was nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful, BLTA sandwich in commodore bar was awesome.”
