• I really liked the hotel location as related to shopping restaurants and clubs.
• The night clerk wasn't the most helpful and made me feel like I was bothering him.

• There was not a free continental breakfast and could not sleep do to loud guests all night.

“Comfortable beds, excellent pillows but our children and ourselves were not able to sleep well due to the loud guests on our floor from 12-4 am.”

• The shuttle van was a great help in getting around Nashville.
• It is older, but well kept.

“There was nothing wrong with this hotel other than being an older property. It was well maintained, beds were comfy and bathroom clean. Staff was helpful and considerate.”

• The bathroom was slightly small but still beautiful.

• The staff was outstanding and friendly.
• Had to go to lobby and ask for shower cap.

• Free parking, some hotels downtown charge $20.00+ for parking. Free shuttle downtown.

• Spacious room bath, comfortable beds and seating.

“Centrally located, very convenient to Vanderbilt. Excellent staff, spacious room and bath, comfortable bed and seating with nice desk area for completing work. The free parking and free shuttle to Vanderbilt is an excellent bonus! Would really enjoy staying here on a pleasure trip in the future.”

• Room was clean and bed linens were crisp, white & clean.
• No continental breakfast.

“Overall, a pleasant stay. Hotel was under construction so common areas were ripped up and we were awoke at 830 AM by drilling & banging. Shower door kept sliding open on it's own releasing water into the bathroom. But these are my only complaints. Room was clean, comfortable, affordable & included a mini fridge & microwave.”

• Location close to Vandy and close to Downtown. Shuttle was a great option.
• Construction was unappealing.

“I would stay here again. This is my second time at this hotel. The last day was annoying because construction started before 7 AM.”

• I could sleep there.
• It was dirty and the fire alarms kept going off.

“This is the worst hotel I've ever been to. Currently undergoing renovations, parking is impossible and entering the hotel involves going through a construction area. Two of my three days in the hotel, the fire alarms went off and stayed on for at least a solid 30 minutes. Ridiculous.”
