“We called this hotel and asked if they had a shuttle service to the airport. They replied that they did but upon arrival when we asked where we could leave our car and ride their shuttle to the airport they stated they did not have the space for us to leave our car. We then had to park at the airport for $10 per day.”

“This hotel has a pretty good free breakfast. Good shuttle to and from the airport. Since it is an all suite hotel the rooms are large and they are fully furnished. It's not an extremely nice place but it is very good considering what you pay. And it is very clean.”

“There is a great kitchen, fireplace, good bathroom, and sitting room all in the price of the suite. Plus a hot breakfast is available each morning. The airport shuttle made it so convenient. The drivers were also courteous as was the hotel staff.”

“The Residence Inn at the Nashville airport was excellent. The rooms are excellent. We would rather stay in a suite like this than in a luxury hotel. The hot breakfast was great and the staff was friendly and helpful. The complimentary shuttle service for Marriot hotels is also wonderful. We highly recommend this hotel.”

“Overall, this hotel FAR exceeded my initial expectations. The rooms were large and included a full kitchen set up. Housekeeping loaded my dirty dishes in the dishwasher when they came to clean. The bed was a bit hard but pillows were just what I needed. ”

“We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was clean, well maintained and cozy. The continental breakfast was wonderful. The employees at the hotel were friendly, very helpful and made sure all requests were met with a smile. The only problem we found was that there is a lot of road construction near the hotel right now so it made it difficult to navigate to and from the hotel. The hotel had pre-written directions to and from major sites that we wanted to visit and that really helped. Overall our hotel experience was exceptional.”

“The staff at this hotel were very polite and prompt. The breakfast was awesome. Our room was clean, and a large size for four. Everything was in working order from the refrigerator to the hair dryer. The pool was nice.”

“I was given the worst available room. It was handicap accessible, therefore it had no bathtub for my little girl. When I explained that my children needed a tub, they simply stated they were overbooked and would consider moving me in the morning. I had a three year old and a 4 month old baby staying with me. I had much luggage-bassinet, baby swing, etc. They did not offer to help me move or even let me know if something was available, so I was stuck. The dishes were dirty and had been put in the cabinets with food still on them and the housekeeping did not bring extra blankets (should have been in room) after requesting bedding for the pull out sofa for three days. I was not given a receipt when requested and treated terrible considering that I was a Marriot rewards customer!!!! They stated that I would have to obtain a receipt from you, since I did not book the room through them. (Silver status). Each request or question was handled with a lazy and "I could care less" attitude. With all the extras and accommodations, I expected much better treatment, respect, and cleanliness. What a shame!”
