• Close to the attractions that I visit.
• To expensive.

“I love the hotel it is close to all the events that I am involved in. Just wished they offered a discounted rate for emergency medical tech. And county sheriffs dept dispatchers. When you travel you have food and room expenses. It makes it hard when a family of three tries to have a good weekend when the first 1000.00 goes to room and food. They have no smoking rooms available it seems the country is holding people hostage on the simple things in life. Before long it will be that everyone stays at home so they can relax with a drink and a smoke.”

• Very difficult to park.

• Had perfect access to downtown, and the Gaylord center. It was clean, and the rooms were large. Valet parking was great.
• Kind of pricey. Another bad thing was our room looked over printers alley & the party could be heard all night.

“A great location for downtown, shopping, sight seeing or concerts at the Gaylord. There are lots of parking facilities in Nashville but it was great to just pull up, check in and valet $15.00 (not too bad for one night). Hotel was very clean, but the bathroom door stuck, it had been previously repaired but was loose and not rechecked.”

• The location, walking distance to places to eat & entertainment.
• The staff and the age of the hotel.

“We could not get a simple request made of a non smoking room even though there were rooms available, we were told those rooms would be kept available for regular higher paying guests. The stuff in the room was old, the phone did not work. Looked more like being in a budget hotel and not a Marriott.”

• My car was severely scratched while in custody of valet parking / I had to pay for parking.

“I am very disappointed in this hotel. I did not expect to have to pay 35.00 just to park my car... and on top of that it ended up being scratched up when it was returned to me. The hotel will not return my phone calls. My car was just fully repainted 3 days before I arrived at the hotel. I AM MAD!”

• Unbeatable location.
• Valet parking ONLY - $15.

“The location of this hotel makes the $15 valet cost worth it. Broadway (main street with plethora of restaurants and clubs) and the Country Music Hall of Fame are only a few short blocks away, definitely in walking distance. The hotel is in the heart of downtown Nashville. Clean, modest room. Had to wait 15 minutes to get our car when leaving - be sure to allow plenty of time if you need to catch a flight. Regardless, this is a fine place to stay!”

• King size beds in rooms, friendliness of staff.
• Having to pay for parking at $15/day! This was not mentioned in the description, and should be.

“Convenient to downtown area, staff was great, especially the twin valets!! Only downside was unexpected $15/day parking fee. Rooms were nicely appointed, spacious.”

• Housekeeping! Provided plenty of towel and wash cloths at any time.
• The parking! Valet took too much time to get car sometimes.

“I was very pleased with this hotel. I would recommend it to anyone. It was neat being downtown. Walked to lower Broadway several times to enjoy the music and restaurants.”

• The hotels location was in an excellent location. We were able to walk to all of the downtown attractions.
• They didn't have a very good place to unload your luggage, only about 3 or 4 parking spaces right along a very busy street.

“This was a very nice hotel and I would love to stay there again in the near future.”

• Would have preferred a king instead of 2 doubles.

• Very nice Courtyard in the heart of Music City.
• Parking is tough unless you valet for $15.

“Very nice and quiet with room service until 10 P.M.. Corner rooms are great with windows on two sides and very roomy. Easy walk to many music venues. Great service.”

• We didn't to our granddaughters graduation because.
• Change the hotel to the holiday inn.

“So we could be with our family. We haven't seen them since we ALL lost our homes in south MS. Don't know what else to say ! The beds were not used, nor did we walk in the hotel.”

“The staff is friendly from the valets to receptionists. It's location to downtown is just a short two block walk. It is extremely clean and well maintained. I would recommend the Courtyard Marriot to anyone, anytime.”
