• The location that I thought I was getting was not at all where I was. I wanted Opryland or downtown and got Vanderbilt.

• Close to Vanderbilt and helpful staff.
• Not a lot of extras.

“We've stayed here before, and word to the wise, bring your own hairdryer and extra pillows, if you like. It is an extended stay hotel, so you can get a lot of items from the desk, but they are always checked out. Hotel staff was extremely helpful. Our drain in the shower was SLOW, but it was fixed by the time we return that night. Great location and good rates.”

• Location was good, front desk staff was nice.
• Not a full service hotel, only 1 full size bed in room, uncomfortable mattress, maid on our floor was very rude.

“I am very disappointed with this choice of hotel and it may very well be the last time I ever use Priceline. Also there was one full size bed, very uncomfortable mattress. Inadequate parking, most spaces were for compact cars and I drive a SUV.”

• Location to the St. Thomas medical hospital and good restaurants.
• No amenities, but we were forewarned by customer comments.

“For out purposes, it was sufficient. It was great to know that the kitchen was adequate for a longer stay.”

“Worst hotel experience I've had in a long time. I opened my door to leave and had a dog jumping and licking my leg. Horrible experience.”

“Parking spaces too close together. Door got dinged. Room too small! Bed was too hard. Very little water pressure in shower. TV was too small.”

• The location.
• Customer service poor. check in check out very slow. the power went off for 4-5 hours.

“Great location over priced even for the location. Horrible customer service extremely rude and slow and the power was off for 4-5 hours on one day. I would not recommend this hotel even to people I didn't like.”

• There was a kitchenette.
• The bed was very uncomfortable and the sheets had not been changed.

“The hotel had a pleasant appearance but the bed and the cleanliness of the bed and sheets totally made me disappointed in the room.”

• Limited parking (location).
