“The Baymont Inn/White bridge is in an excellent location close to where our business was, at Tennessee State, Fisk University, and Meharry Medical School. The motel is 3-5 miles from three malls and downtown. The staff was very friendly, cordial, and helpful. The decor in the rooms could use some modernizing and the rooms could be appointed with brighter accouterments. The complimentary breakfast is good considering its co-located with Shoney's next door. The availability of fresh fruit in the lobby throughout the day is a big plus. I would have liked a complimentary newspaper delivered each morning. Because of the humidity and heat I recommend that the pool be covered. We found the health facilities adequate. The motel is two-star economy. Since our son is a student at Tennessee State University, we will use the Baymont Inn and Suites/White bridge each time we come to Nashville and I will recommend it to friends. Overall, our four night stay was very good.”

“It was a nice hotel. We had no trouble with anything except for the room smelling like paint when we first entered. Also, when we first arrived the ladies at the desk saw us standing there waiting to check in but did not acknowledge us until we stood there for about 10 minutes. Other than that, our stay was pleasant. Staff could have been a bit friendlier.”

“I had never stayed in a Baymont Inn before. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the remodeled rooms. The public spaces were still in progress but I would recommend this facility. The staff needs to beef up their knowledge and application of professionalism.”

“It was an okay place to stay, but the front desk lady refused to give us any extra blankets for our daughters. She also gave my husband a hard time when we booked a second room for some friends. She was not a good person to have representing this hotel, aren't you supposed to put the customers first?”
