• Beds were comfortable staff was very helpful with directions A+ on that. Location was unsafe at night but okay in the day time.
• Not safe for children at night or a spouse at night alone.

“Was okay for an overnight stop but if you were staying for several days would be a drain on the family.”

• Location, pilows and good waffles.
• Green pool, glass on bath floor single coffee pot bad idea and
  dirty hotel.

“Very good location, bad beds, very nice pillows, staff did not answer phone calls, unable to connect to free WiFi. Glass on bath floor, dirty bath, should be a two star at best. Seemed like very few staff and needed updates.”

• Continental breakfast, although I didn't have any.
• Pretty much everything!

“I didn't feel like the room was as clean as it needed to be. I thought most of the lamps didn't work. Then I discovered they had been unplugged. Did not get that at all! The sheets had smudges of something (don't know what it was. just know it was dry.) on them. I asked the front desk to have extra towels and wash cloths delivered to my room since I was traveling with my husband and our two kids. Never got them! Housekeeping did come to about an hour after my call to clean the room though. Our room was supposed to be non-smoking but entire floor reeked of smoke! It was not a very pleasant experience for me. I would only recommend this hotel as a last resort.”
