  • It was very close to the doctor's office.
  • Room smelled a little like tobacco.

“The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. It was very accessible to downtown Nashville.”

Cleanliness:[1] • Staff:[8] • Location:[7]

  • Location was ok.
  • Smell of room, dirty blankets and did I mention smell.

“Our room was a non-smoking room, but the smell smoke in our room was killing us. All our clothing and our body smelled like we heavily smoked when we left our room. Sheets were nasty. Let me tell you about the breakfast; It was a joke. When we got there everything was out except some jam and coffee. Overall don't do our mistake.”

Cleanliness:[2] • Staff:[8] • Location:[2]

  • The staff was nice.
  • NA.

“It was approximately 7.5 miles from Nashville downtown. It is barely a one star economy. The part of town was kind of run down. There was a bookstore directly across the street. The room was filthy. The appliances were old and rusty. There were marks on the walls. The blankets had stains on them and the comforter had burn holes in it. There was no remote for the TV. The room reeked of smoke in a non-smoking room. Housekeeping banged on our door at 8 am.”

  • The staff was quite nice. The allowed me to stay with my dogs even though they do not accept pets.
  • They did not take pets in the listed amenities.

“Nice folks, fine hotel for the price and easy to locate.”

Cleanliness:[6] • Staff:[6] • Location:[6]

  • Wasn't bad for the price.
  • Water pressure was low and beds were uncomfortable.

“Convenient to the interstate. Room was clean and staff was friendly. Parking spaces were small even with a medium size car, but for the price it was not bad.”

  • Well, it is close to Downtown, and cheap.
  • Everything. Smoke & urine smell, noise all night, hard bed, dirty, dangerous area.

“Please heed the reviews! We read the reviews and ignored them, somehow assuming they were idiosyncratic. This place is AWFUL. The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and urine. There was constant, disruptive noise all night, and I'm a heavy sleeper. Our bed was hard and I think the linens were from 1978.”

Cleanliness:[7] • Staff:[7] • Location:[2]

  • Convenient off the interstate and! Near to Downtown Nashville.
  • Parking in the lot was a major problem. The spaces were so small I parked and had to crawl out the other door, and I own a compact car!

“The motel itself was fine, the room adequate. The problems with the motel are inadequate parking and the fact that each room opens to the outside. In this location that creates a problem with the noise from the busy, all night, and highway. Also the noise from doors slamming in the morning from travelers leaving prior to checkout time was awful. Whenever a room close to you flushed my toilet made a racket as well. It did not set itself up for a good night's sleep which was all I required of it.”

Cleanliness:[10] • Staff:[9] • Location:[5]

  • The staff was more than friendly. They were very accommodating.

“It was the cheapest hotel in the area, so I wasn't expecting much, but the hotel room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend to someone needing an inexpensive place to stay that didn't need the amenities like a pool or anything.”

Cleanliness:[9] • Staff:[8] • Location:[10]

  • It was close to the race site.
  • The hotel was booked to capacity and there were not enough parking spaces.

“Nothing fancy, but clean, and the people were friendly and helpful.”

Cleanliness:[10] • Staff:[9] • Location:[10]

  • Clean room, no hassle during check-in or out, Quiet.
  • This was a Days Inn and the receipt said Day Stop, so it was confusing.

“I recommend.”

Cleanliness:[7] • Staff:[9] • Location:[5]

  • The staff was friendly and knew who were as soon as we arrived.
  • The room had a bit of a smell, and the birds and noises were annoying.

“The staff was great. The continental breakfast was just that nutra grain bars, juice, coffee, honey buns, cereal, and English muffins. There is some sort of bird problem, they chirped the entire night, was so annoying. The parking lot is a bit strange but not a huge issue. Overall for a one night stay, it was ok, for a vacation spot No.”

Cleanliness:[3] • Staff:[1] • Location:[1]

  • Room was clean.
  • Noisy location on busy street, inefficient service from staff with poor English communication skills, dirty lobby where food is served.

“This hotel is not worth the dollar value for which it was purchased. The hotel location is not restful due to outside entry doors for each room and its proximity to a very noisy and busy road. The continental breakfast options were very limited and the lobby area where it was served very dirty. The hotel employees had limited English speaking skills and were unable to assist with our basic questions regarding directions within the Nashville area.”

Cleanliness:[9] • Staff:[7] • Location:[9]

  • It was clean, I felt safe, and the staff was friendly.
  • The parking was very tight. I wouldn't recommend taking a large vehicle.

“For the most part everything was clean. When I first entered the small, closed up bathroom, I noticed a urine smell. The smell seemed to come more from a leaky toilet smell rather than a dirty smell. There was some noise in the parking lot around 1 a.m. which didn't last too long. But that was more disrespectful travelers than the hotel.”

Cleanliness:[8] • Staff:[10] • Location:[8]

  • Staff was very helpful and nice. Close to down town. Very nice price.
  • Room temp was difficult to control.

“Had a great time in Nashville did not have to worry about sleeping in a Nasty cheap motel rooms where very clean and nice. The staff was so friendly and helpful made us feel right at home. I would recommend it for anyone wanting a nice clean bed and shower while visiting Nashville.”

Cleanliness:[6] • Staff:[6] • Location:[4]

  • The hotel room was clean and offered wireless internet service.
  • Cigarette burns were evident on the carpets and linens, despite nonsmoking status.

“This hotel was adequate. The staffs were polite and friendly. The room was clean, though appeared worn, with cigarette burns evident on the bed linens and carpeting. I found it to be noisy--other guests in the parking lot were frequently yelling, honking and periodically making a disturbance during the evenings.”

Cleanliness:[1] • Staff:[3] • Location:[2]

  • We weren't mugged.
  • Filthy carpet, bad smell, no working TV (room 120).

“My husband and I, in our 60's, were here with our 4-year-old grandson, and this was the worst place any of us had ever stayed. My husband went to the office to see if we could get a working TV. The guy said he'd bring a different one to our room, but he never did. This nasty place should be pulled from your roster. And, regarding number 9, I wouldn't give it any stars.”

Cleanliness:[6] • Staff:[7] • Location:[7]

  • The hotel staff is very friendly.
  • The hotel does not have a window which I keep open. Therefore, I felt like being stuck.

“Overall, it was good for me. One thing I was not satisfied with was that the hotel does not have windows which I can keep open. I could not get some fresh air through the windows.”
