• The hotel from the outside looked great.
• The carpet in the room was stained bad and wifes cell phone charger was stolen.

“Hotel looked great from the outside but the carpet in our room was stained bad and the staff can not be trusted!”

• The stay was short.
• The stay.

“Although the hotel was not in the projects it could not of been far away, there were three women complaining in the lobby when I arrived at 1 am that the receptionist had stolen their money and would not let them into their room to collect their belongings. I was forced to stand there, waiting to check in after a 7 hour drive, while they conversed back and forth, finally ending in a very loud argument which allowed me to finally check in. It was a wonderful stay.”

• Absolutely nothing.
• The bugs, the old food in fridge, it was disgusting!

• I can't say anything good; it was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.
• The room was filthy, there were bugs and stains on the floor on the mattress the bathroom was dirty the lights were out there was no toilet paper.

“I would never ever stay at a days in again. The hotel manager was rude and short with people. The breakfast La Quintet and there was just enough for the first ten people. The manager did not stick the breakfast bar. I was afraid to be at the location of the hotel. One word describes my stay at this hotel.”

• Quiet, easy access on and off the interstate.
• Although there were no problems, didn't seem like the safest area.

• Easy to find.
• Dirty, Unfriendly, Less than desirable neighborhood.

“I would not recommend a stay in this hotel, and I am not a picky traveler. The picture looks nice, but it is deceiving. The hotel is in an undesirable neighborhood. We didn't feel safe. The positives: The parking lot was clean and well lit and there was a nice new mini fridge and microwave which were handy. For the negatives: The staff was unfriendly and slow, the room had dirty carpet (I would not let my toddler play on the floor) and mold in the bathroom. The whole room smelled musty. Our door didn't work well. The continental breakfast consisted of a few dry bagels and 3 muffins in a basket with some butter and a toaster. Oh, I forgot the crunched up Raisin Bran in the dispenser. The orange juice was pure water. To top it all off, from 3:30am - 5:30 am, housecleaning was in the room upstairs vacuuming and banging furniture around. I advise you to pay attention to the negative reviews. I took the chance and wish I hadn't. This is a horribly managed motel.”

• Close to Airport.
• The area was very run down, looked to be a high crime area.

“Staff was friendly and helpful, room smelled a bit musty, like old carpet, but it did look like they were progressively remodeling, so I'm sure this will be taken care of soon. The area had all sorts of homeless people (over 30) wandering up and down the streets at 3am when we arrived, and the way everything around the hotel looked run down, it seems to be a high crime area.”

• Can not think of a thing!
• Rude, Dirty.

“The 24 hour airport shuttle promised in the description was not. It took 1 hour and 15 minutes to pick me up at 10 PM. It was an old, filthy, mini van with parts missing (door handles!, trim, etc.). The attendant was very un-caring about the whole thing. The room was dirty with torn carpet, mildew in the tub, torn sheets with holes in them, etc. Should be rated (minus) -10!”
