• Foyer location for breakfast was cozy and clean.
• Limited hallway space by elevators, no microwave or refrigerator in room.

“Room was standard, but did not include a microwave and refrigerator. I had left-overs from dinner and had no cool place to store food or warm up for later.”

• I really liked the hotels lobby and room layout complete with internet.
• No complaints or dislikes.

• Service was great, they were friendly, and it had a great free hot breakfast!
• Can't think of anything.

• Nice room, friendly check in/out staff.
• Housekeeping started knocking at 8:30 AM.

“Everything was great except the fact that housekeeping started knocking at 8:30 a.m., although check out wasn't until noon. They knocked at total of 5 times before we finally left at 10:30 a.m., there was not a do not disturb sign to hang on the door.”

• Everything in the room was clean and the bed was very good to sleep on.
• We couldn't find any parking except for in the very back of the hotel and it was sort of dark.

“The people were very nice and the hotel was very pretty and was the room. The breakfast wasn't very good. But that's okay. We had a nice time as we were passing through. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. The location was very awesome.”

• The location for the business I had to tend to.
• The immediate experience with the staff who received us.

“When we first arrived, the gentleman who checked us in was a bit unfriendly, borderline rude. The first room we checked into reeked of mildew. Not wanting to deal with the front desk clerk, we spent most of the evening out and dealt with it till staff change. The next morning we spoke with one lady staff about the room and she checked us into other room and it was infested with mold. Two more rooms later we found a clean room on the third floor, where we spent the last two nights. Otherwise we were willing to cut our losses and check into Springhill Suites across the street for 4 times the price that we paid.”

• Closeness to the airport is a plus.
• It appeared as if our room had not been vacuumed or dusted.

“Every experience has been good to excellent until this trip to Tennessee. The room and common hallways in Nashville had not been cleaned properly. It was a smoking room. The room was without wash cloths, light bulbs. And other essentials. This was the last room available; so there were no rooms available to change.”

• The openness of the lobby, breakfast and fireplace!
• The ceiling in the room looked aged, no fan in bathroom.

“Really liked the lobby, openness, area for internet, complimentary breakfast, and an awesome cozy fireplace, however, you could not sit near it. Outside was clean as a whistle.”

• Only one computer and no pool or hot tub inside.

• It was very close to the airport.
• The airport shuttle takes forever to get you from the hotel.

• Phyllis the shuttle driver was wonderful.
• The room was a little noisy.
