• The front desk staff was wonderful.
• The complimentary breakfast was one of the worst I have had.

“The staff at the front desk was cordial and helpful in recommending services in town. The free breakfast was terrible, cheap, poor quality, no assistance provided. We threw out what we selected and went out to a restaurant.”

• Room size.
• Run down.

“I checked in very quickly but 1st hotel room had no wired internet, control on AC was missing, and the remote doesn't work.(Carpet is completely worn out). Moved me to the 2nd room. Light in bath room doesn't work and the modem was defective, replaced modem didn't work then starting smoking. (Carpet also completely worn out). In 3rd room everything works, but the desk and the coffee table are damaged, wood is separating from frame. Looks good on the outside but inside is run down. Wall paper around elevators is stained and patched. Floor in elevator and hall way has dirt on it.”

• Night clerk was unfriendly, unhelpful and untruthful.

reeked of cigarettes (although clerk said all rooms are non-smoking). Finally, the next room was satisfactory. This was a bad start to the evening, especially since it was nearly midnight and we were already exhausted.”

• Nice and clean, beautiful room.
• Too much light coming into the room and the pillows were too small.

“The check-in staff did not know their business and it was frustrating, but beyond that the holtel was a great place, I will stay again, next time I hope they have more knowlegable desk personal.”

• Location.
• Room was to small, cleaning staff left a couple of things in room that should have been cleaned up.

“Some of the staff was helpful, but there were times when communication was not clear and some requests got misunderstood due to not understanding language.”

“It is a nice hotel for the price. Very conveniently located to the airport and interstate highway and to several nearby restaurants.”

• This was a no-hassle hotel.
• There was no pool for the kids, and the breakfast was substandard.

“For a night or two to just be able to lay your head, this hotel met my expectations. From the grand staircase/foyer area to the cleanliness of the room, I would definitely stay in the hotel again! Being right off of the beaten path was convenient and quiet. It was tucked far enough away from the main road that I didn't hear arriving guests. I felt safe in the area, though there were a lot of people walking the street outside late at night from neighboring hotels. The bathroom was very clean, and the room looked great. I slept well; something I normally don't do in hotels. The night clerk had my room, keys, and everything ready as soon as I walked in the door. Checkout was a breeze as well. Breakfast was ok; just the typical OJ-waffle maker-toast-microwaved biscuit-coffee-cereal kind of place. In short, I was pleased.”

“Hotel served its purpose nicely for me, traveling by myself on business. Room was clean, though not spotless, and staff was very friendly. I would recommend it to people who need a place to stay and aren't spending lots of time in the hotel.”

• Very clean and attractive - helpful friendly staff.

“We will definitely choose this hotel again! It was quiet, clean, attractive and off the heavy traffic but near places to dine and shop. The staff was most courteous and helpful. The breakfast was great.”

• Entrance layout very friendly.
• Breakfast not very fresh. The same food put on display every morning.

“Nice location off the highway. No highway noise in the hotel. Friendly atmosphere with the rockers on the front porch and entrance way with stairs to second level right off lobby. Not many eating places around the hotel. Representation of same food day after day very negative since much of the food not fresh.”

• Met our needs in every way.
• Shuttle to the airport until 12:00 midnight.

“The hotel was attractive, employees were professional and we felt safe. We were told ahead of time that we would have shuttle service when our plane arrived at Nashville at 10:30 p.m., but had to take a taxi. The taxi driver was very rude.”

• The bedding was most comfortable and clean. Noise level was low too.

• Room Service walked in on my husband when they seen myself leave. Left uncomfortable feeling as to their intentions

• Inexpensive, easy access, good breakfast options
• It was too far from downtown.

“Great hotel. I have stayed there before. I wish it were a little closer to downtown. It is always very clean, has good breakfast options, and is convenient to some shopping. A very homey environment.”
