  • For the Priceline price the hotel was nothing short of awesome.

“Hotel was close to other attractions, restaurants, and interstate. Also was nice, clean, and friendly.”

  • Location is perfect.
  • Room left much to se desired, next to Applebee's kitchen door and dumpsters.

“Would stay again in a differant room.”

  • Close to everything.
  • How you get to the rooms from inside to out.

“Overall the staff was very friendly, the rooms was ok and clean. The bathroom is small. But it was ok, I will stay again.”

  • The staff was very friendly and helpful
  • The room opened to the outside and I would have rather had an interior room

“The hotel had everything we needed, including computers and a small snack shop in the lobby. Enjoyed the on-site restaurant. Pool/hot tub looked very nice.”

  • Pet-friendly! I will be bringing my dog next time!
  • Need mini fridges in the room.

“I am very pleased with my stay at the Radisson at Opryland in Nashville! The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly. I do wish the pool was outside, but not a big deal. I love that they had a little grassy area in the back called Bark-Centennial for the dogs! Will definitely be staying there again and look forward to bringing my dog!”

  • Rooms were excellent and well cared for. Very clean and very courteous staff and great location for Opryland attractions.

“An excellent place to stay with very comfortable beds, very clean, very courteous staff and was really all I could expect from a hotel.”

  • Good location for going to Opry.
  • Interior smelled strongly of chlorine.

“This was an okay hotel. The staff was not very helpful - asked 2 different staff members for a bucket for throwing water on the rocks in the sauna, neither was able to provide this, nor did they offer to find someone that could. We were lucky to have an exterior room as the interior of the hotel smelled very strongly of chlorine. Hot tub area closes very early, so was not able to make use of that.”

  • Indoor pool.
  • Double beds instead of queen beds.

“We had a good time. Will stay there again in the future.”

  • Close to Opry Mills.
  • Pool closed at ten and teenagers did not like this. Also, no continental breakfast provided.

“Great location with plenty to do nearby. There is a shuttle, although we did not use it.”

  • The staff handled a power outage after a storm with fabulous service, were sympathetic to complaints about noise & out of control kids.
  • Noisy with conferences in Atrium instead of conf rooms. Closed pool for meetings in early afternoon.

“Housekeeping will clean your room in late afternoon except for the day you leave, then it's super early. Conference meetings with Dj'd music you can clearly hear (& sing to) in your room so don't go banking on resting! the staff are gracious and apologetic but can do nothing about it as the Gaylord Opryland owns the hotel.”

  • The location.
  • The staff and the room itself it reminded me of an old comfort inn.

“Upon checking in I told the desk clerk (did not get her name)I requested a king non smoking room, with them you get double beds and there is no changes. The room we received was not only in the back oldest part of the hotel but you had to go through the hotel then to the outside to access the room. The staff made me feel inferior for booking this room.”

  • Location.
  • Outside rooms.

“It was disappointing. We had an outside room and was not made aware that would be an option. Our keys did not work numerous times and we had to continue to go to the front desk to be let in. Our toilet paper roll kept falling off the wall. There were flies in the room. There was no cup available to use the sauna. For it being a Radisson, I was shocked at the room conditions.”

  • Easy access to all locations I needed to go.
  • I did not like having an outside access room.

“Overall this hotel was good for our stay and ease in accessing all of the activities that we were doing. The rooms were clean. And so were all public areas. The lobby staff could have been a little friendlier. Breakfast at Applebee's was good to have, but the offering was a little lacking for the money. I would stay here again.”

  • Great location and very clean.
  • The lack of continental breakfast or a breakfast bar.

“Over all this was a good hotel, very clean rooms. However the lack of refrigerators and microwaves was a downside to the hotel.”

  • Unadvertised outside rooms. Mold found in room. Staff was unreachable by phone.

“Unexpectedly got assigned to a room with an outside entrance. Accommodations were more accurately reflected a 2-star hotel, at best. Printed accommodation materials in room had mold on pages. Tried to reach front desk, housekeeping, reservation by room, phone - only received busy signals.”

  • Location and pool.
  • Room didn't get cleaned after 4 attempts.

“Our room never got cleaned after 2 calls to the front desk and 2 face to face conversations with cleaning staff. The remote for the TV did not work. There were tiles falling off the bathroom wall and the bathroom was so small you could hardly turn around in it. I also had to go to the front desk to get a roll of toilet paper the first day we were there. Not a good experience!”

  • Convenient location to attend seminar at opry resort.
  • The bathrooms were small and there was not a microwave to heat a cup of coffee.

“This is a poor man's motel. Needs lots of improvement.”

  • The hotel was conveniently located to shopping and local attractions.
  • Not enough parking.

“My family and I only stayed one night but it was a very pleasant experience. The room was very clean and the beds were comfy. It was located within a 15 minutes drive of Nashville's downtown area and right across the street from the Opry Mills Mall and Opryland Hotel. The staff was very helpful with directions and accommodations. I would definitely stay here again!”

  • Good location.
  • Rooms were old and dated.

“The rooms were outdated (read that as old) the beds were what you would expect from a lesser hotel as was the television. Extremely noisy.”
