• Pool area was very nice, except the hot tub had so much chlorine in it that my eyes started to burn as soon as I entered the hot tub!
• The carpets in the rooms; They were musty smelling and felt uneasy on my feet.

“Hotel was a nice stay. Pool area was great except too much chlorine in hot tub. Made my eyes burn. If I owned the hotel I would replace all the carpets and mattress in all the rooms. The rooms smelled very musty Which I think is due to the carpets. The carpets looked very old.”

• Friendly Staff.
• The hot tub did not work. The pool needs some up-dating.

“This was a great hotel to take a large group. The restaurants food could have been better. Many people were disappointed to find out that they could not order form the menu on Sunday morning. The buffet, not so good.”

• The pools were warm and clean.

“The rooms were very functional but the beds were horrible. They were very old and warn out and left me with a very sore back! The hotel didn't have internet access, a business center or anything like that. I was very disappointed in this hotel.”

• Open Pool/Spa 24 hours.
• Cheap bedding/beds.

“Overall very good, nice to spend time with spouse in spa after hours and overall nice hotel layout. Beds and bedding was a little cheap but nice overall quality of a hotel.”

• Right in the heart of Oshkosh.
• Had to wait 15 minutes to get someone at desk when check-in.

“Great view we had the corner king room on the 6th floor. Really nice for a couple getting out and taking a break from the kids. Like us.”

• Location was convenient; pool was nice, good room service breakfast.
• Housekeeping was sub-standard, no micro/fridge, elevator broke, room was not clean enough.

“For the location and price, this hotel was okay. It could have been even better with some simple changes. Housekeeping was very poor. Our room was not cleaned well during our stay. I'm not even sure they cleaned the toilet. They had our reservation messed up. They fixed it with no hassle. Front desk staff could have been more professional although they did their job okay.”

• The location was great. Easy access to everything I needed to do.
• Desk chair was broken, iron handle was broken, coffee maker spattered with paint & caraf stained.

“The hotel was very easy to find and in a central location. For the most part, the staff was friendly and helpful. Although the hotel is lovely, it did need some repairs or maintenance. I would recommend the hotel because it is in a scenic setting and excellent for business travel.”

• Close to the area we wanted to be in.
• Bed and flat sheets not very comfortable.

• Waterfront views and patio.
• 2 out of 3 of the rooms bathroom tubs backed up!

• Rooms were clean.
• Appeared to be somewhat run down.

“Not in best part of town. Somewhat run down. Curtains needed repair. Fixtures were old and well worn. However, room was clean and fairly tidy. ”
