• Very clean and great help at front desk.

“The hotel met all of our expectations. The person at the front desk recommended a very good restaurant for dinner. Our children really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. I would definitely return for another visit.”

• They were not booked and so there was room for my family to swim.
• Staff were incorrect, liars, and not trustworthy.

“I was not pleased with the staff and their washy answers for everything. When I would ask a question, they would always say that they could not help me with that, as I was an on-line customer. I have booked all of my trips on line over the last 5 years, and have never had this problem before.”

• Nicely located and inviting lobby.
• Although they offered a continental breakfast, it was very limited.

“I gave the staff a rating of 5, although the evening manager I would have given a 10 and the day manager would have received a 1. I heard other travelers had the same experience.”
