• It was clean, many amenities and it was comfortable and the breakfast was great.
• Three electronical devices were not working - the wireless connection, the 2nd TV and the DVD player.

• Huge suites, good breakfast.
• Slight ant problem.

“The rooms/suites are huge, definitely worth staying here. I saw a couple of ants in one of the 2 bathrooms. There are several restaurants located within a mile of the hotel, but beware-many close early (by 9 pm). Great complimentary breakfast, and big, clean suites make this a great place to stay!”

• Hotel staff was friendly and helpful.
• The evening van drive was never on time, disrespectful and left us standing at the hotel when we needed a ride to the airport.

“The hotel was very nice aside from the hot tub being out of order. The breakfast was average and most of the hotel staff was great the only problem we had was the evening van driver. He was always late, mean and disrespectful. At the end of our stay we made arrangements to be taken to the Airport at a certain time and when he arrived, he told us we where not on the list and drove off. We hade to call a cab and because of that we missed our flight. If it was not for this person the experience would have been a very wonderful stay.”

• Proximity to Dulles Airport.
• Difficult to find room after dark - no directional signs.

“The Stay bridge Suites Herndon is a great option for persons flying in or out of the Dulles Airport or who have meetings at the adjacent business park. The hotel is easy to find - even in the dark and rain after a 7 hour flight; and is clean, comfortable and relatively spacious.”
