The pillows had embroidered "hard" or "soft" on them. The lotion smelled like nutmeg- yum!
The eggs at the hotel breakfast had never seen a chicken :).
“This Holiday Inn Express was wonderful. The Staff was very helpful giving us directions on where to find a swimsuit and a pharmacy. ("No, I'm not the pilot, but I stayed in a Holiday Inn express last night.") I loved how the pillows were labeled "Hard" or "Soft". Also, the lotion smelled like nutmeg and I may have to stay another night or write to the hotel because I liked the scent so much! But by far, the hot morning free breakfast with the homemade cinnamon rolls were the best. I would definitely stay at this hotel chain again. I don't know if they are all like the one in Moab, but if so, I will never stay at another hotel rival if given the choice.”

Location to national parks.
Price paid was $30 too much per night.
“Located in close proximity to national parks. Clean well kept facilities. Breakfast facility was cramped and food choices could have been better for the price paid for a nights stay.”

The staff's willingness to accommodate our requests in a friendly, easygoing way
Cleaning staff told jokes about me in foreign language, laughing to each other.
“I really liked this place a lot. We'd come back over and over again. The towels were lush, the shampoo and stuff was very good and we ended up using it, and the breakfast buffet was pretty good.”
