• Good free breakfast, and very friendly staff.
• Hot tub was too cold, but indoor pool area overall was nice.

“I was happy with my stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Pigeon Forge. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and the hotel has a good free breakfast in the mornings. The indoor pool area was nice, but the hot tub was too cold.”

• Great hot breakfast.
• The pool was not very clean.

“The hotel overall met our needs. The hotel room was very clean and the breakfast was hot with lots of variety. The only thing that we were not satisfied with, was the pool. The pool was not the cleanest with dark dirty areas on the bottom of it. The pool also was very gritty on the bottom as you walked in it.”

• Newly renovated but issues with door locks.

“Overall, everything was great. The first room we went to we had issues with getting the door to unlock. We were transferred to another room and the staff was very helpful in doing so.”

• Indoor pool and breakfast.
• Pool too cold and they run out of yogurt every morning and would not restock.

“This was an excellent hotel that met my needs. The rooms were clean and service and staff were great. My only complaint was at checkout there was only one person doing everything. We had a line of about 8 people needing to check out or help with other things and only one person to answer the phone, make reservations for an attraction for a guest, and to do check outs and other needs. I was second in line and I had to wait 15 minutes, not sure how long the others waited because we all got there at the same time.”

• The free breakfast bar was nice. Free meal, good food.
• The heated indoor pool did not seem warm enough.

“This hotel was worth the money. The rooms were clean and quiet. The staff was friendly. The hot breakfast bar helped with our vacation budget. We would definitely choose this hotel again.”

• Carpet was old and unappealing (appeared dirty).

“Nice hotel, convenient location, comfortable bed and quiet. Only complaint would be the carpet (old and unappealing), good continental breakfast, would stay there again.”

• For this trip it met all our needs and a little more than we expected.

• Needed more fruit for the duration of the breakfast bar.

“The hotel is clean the staff is courteous and very friendly. They were helpful with directions and we enjoyed our stay.”

• The pool area was really nice and fun.
• The hotel needed to keep more towels at the pool area.

• The beds were luxurious!
• It was hard to find at first because it wasn't on the "strip".

“This hotel was excellent in every way. The beds were so comfortable, the room was spacious, the staff went out of their way to be helpful, and their complimentary breakfast was very good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and if I'm ever back in Pigeon Forge, I will stay there.”

• Beds were not comfortable. Rooms needed to be upgraded.

“I was disappointed that the overall appearance, rooms, etc. were not up to my standard for a 3 star hotel. I would not stay there again with there being lots of other places just as reasonably priced to stay.”
