• Employees were nice & helpful.
• Only 1 elevator worked which made it stuffy & crowded. Hallway & entrance A/C was not working.

“Employees were nice & helpful. Elevator took too long & was always crowded. The other elevator was out-of-order all week. The waiting area & hallways were always hot. The A/C in our room didn't work well half of the time at night when we really needed it. I will never stay here again & will not recommend it to anyone.”

• Good location.
• Poor room with non working TV, phone and elevators. NO VCR or bathtub.

“I was foolish enough to pick this unfriendly place for my wife's 50th birthday weekend! After waiting 20 min for the ONE working elevator I knew it was a big mistake. They promised me a room with a view. I got a view of a man working in his office. No food services on premises. Nasty welcome desk at Timeshare hook. I am a New Yorker who is a world traveler and know this is not the place to go! By the way, there are NO BATHTUBS in the rooms?! Can you beat that?! Strange place.”

• Outdated and not real clean.

“I was surprise the rooms were not nicer. The carpet had many stains and the furniture was warned. The staff was cold. The first night I was there I spilled some crumbs on the floor; they remained the duration of my stay 4 days. It is in a good location.”
