• Size of room for NYC was great!
• Typical wear and tear, nothing major.

“Really and truly the largest regular sized room that I have stayed in while in Manhattan, (it's still small but if you have traveled to Manhattan a lot, you know how small these rooms can be) everything was clean, overall a very nice experience, I would stay here again.”

“They argued with me because the milk that came with the cereal in the morning was not cold enough, I asked for replacement milk or a credit, rather than accommodate me the head of room service called to say it was edible? I was appalled.”

• Amazing Location, ultra modern look, new amenities, and large room for New York City.
• Loved everything.

“This hotel is literally steps off time square, but is also quiet and peaceful because all guest rooms are on top floor. Amazing lobby, staff, linens, TV, and service!”

“Excellent location for a hotel, clean and friendly staff. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Just not sure it's up to 4 star level yet though.”

• The air conditioner did not work and the lobby bathrooms were disgusting.

“The room was a good size for NY but the beds were hard and the air did not work making it a bit stuffy in the room. The lobby bathrooms were worse than the public bathrooms throughout New York and obviously have not been cleaned in some time.”

• No complaints.

“I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Millennium Broadway hotel. I brought my girlfriend to see a show for her birthday recently. The hotel was in close proximity to the theatre and a myriad of restaurants. Personally, I like the contemporary style of this hotel and the room itself. Everything appeared clean and well maintained. The staff was very pleasant as well as being helpful.”

• Location. The room was exceptionally large for a NYC Hotel.
• The upholstered furniture was a bit worn.

“The hotel certainly more than met our needs for our one night stay. The room was exceptionally large and the front desk more than accommodating. If you are having more than 2 people in a room request one of 1 rooms. The room was conveniently near the elevators, but no discernible noise. Location was exceptional.”

• Should definitely renovate the bathroom!

“Location was great! Loved it! Quiet even though on busy location. When asked for extra blankets, had to call several times! Front desk informed that we were signed to an upgraded room but couldn't tell what was upgraded! Especially bathroom! There were cracks, ventilation cover was rusty and not to mention dirty! Housekeeping lady was nice though.”

• Convenient location for walking or public transportation.
• There was no coffee maker, soda machine, etc. and our room smelled liked an old smoking room.

“On the 36th floor we had a very quiet stay, although this hotel is just yards off of Times Square, and felt it was very safe. Overall, our stay was pleasant although we did expect some more amenities. The decor was clean and nice, the room was comfortable, the bathroom was of a nice size. Other than check-in we had basically no interaction with the staff over the three days, so we cannot rate them, but that may say something in itself.”

• Not sufficiently accommodating for children.

“We enjoyed the hotel. Location was great. Just steps from Times Square (literally). The bathroom was very clean. Was not a big fan of the bedspread and sheets combination. The satin lining of the bedspread made it very slippery and it was constantly slipping off the bed in the middle of the night. Not really an issue since the room is climate controlled but slightly annoying nonetheless.”

“We asked one queen bed but they only found 2 of the smallest full side beds we had ever seen. Fortunately, bellman arrived with our checked luggage & immediately called the front desk & had us moved to a much more desirable room with a king size bed, lovely view & updated furnishings. Don't know I would have been as successful on my own.”

• Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Location in the Theatre District.
• Very busy part of town; crowded streets made access difficult at times.

“This is very well run hotel with excellent staff and large well appointed clean rooms. It has a very small waiting lounge for such a large facility. The location near Times Square is a mixed blessing. It is a short walk to theatres and the Subway system. Several lines converge within a few blocks. But the crowded streets make access by cab difficult a times. Overall: an excellent hotel in a good midtown location.”

• Great location right off Times Square and easy access to Subway and attractions, staff was very accommodating.
• Room ended up too small for our party of 4, staff accommodated the next day.

“We arrived at midnight to a great hotel just off times square. We checked in only to find the room request too small for our family of 4. The staff worked extremely hard to accommodate our needs and were able to allow us to change rooms the next day.”

• I loved the friendliness of the staff, concierge, ticket people and the front door people. Showing room key to access elevators was a good idea.
• Our maid service - not extremely clean, bathroom was the poorest part of the stay. However, it was acceptable.

“I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The location was great; the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and very comfortable.”

“Our stay was pleasant. There were parts of our room that had obviously not been cleaned in quite sometime. Our TV was old and did not have good reception. TVs in other rooms were much larger and newer.”

• Great location, nice size room.
• Cheap linens, TV, artwork.

“Could not have asked for a better location for our first trip to NYC. The hotel is nice but lacks the finishing touches I expected from a 4-star hotel. The towels and bed linens were cheap, the very small television was outdated and in need of repair, and the artwork left a lot to be desired (looked like cheaply framed posters).”
