• The location was excellent. There are several splendid restaurants nearby.
• I have no complaints.

“Many travelers have said that the rooms are small, and, indeed, they remind us of rooms one might find in Europe, but we travel with light luggage, and we do not spend a lot of time in the room, which was quite clean and comfortable. I would stay at The Dream again, with pleasure.”

• Convenient, friendly staff, quiet, small but nice room.
• Nothing.

“My husband and I spent one night at Dream Hotel and thoroughly enjoyed it. The room was small, but quiet, clean and very nice. Staff were cordial and helpful. The location was excellent - close to the theater district and not far from a number of museums including MOMA and Metropolitan Museum of Art. It was also just a short cab ride away from Penn Station, which suited our purposes well.”

• Updated, modern feel.
• Small rooms with very little space to move and no view.

“The hotel has a modern look and feel. The room was very small with a full size bed, and absolutely no view though we were on the 12th of 14 floors. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Close to the subway and right on Broadway.”

• Very good location, near Times Square, central park and subway.
• Air conditioning unit roared continually just outside our room.

“The staff was very friendly. The noise from air conditioning unit made it impossible to even have a conversation in our room. when I checked with desk about a different room the alternative was just below the party lounge that was going to be open until 4:00 am.”

• Great location, and economical.
• Noisy neighbors, and smelly robes.

“Cramped spaces so don't expect a large hotel room like Hilton, however for the price and location in NYC, it was very good. My room was next to Exit which had stairs leading up to roof top lounge/bar so at 2 am, we were able to hear the noisy guests coming in and out. However, I was on the 13th floor, last floor, so no footsteps above me! Unfortunately, the bath robes were smelly, like they were never washed. However, I was only there for one night and it was otherwise clean and in a great location.”

• Bed was too small for two people to sleep comfortably.

• The bed was extremely comfortable and the hotel was quiet. The location was excellent.
• The rooms seemed small and there was no bathtub.

“The hotel was in a great location if you want to visit Times Square, Broadway, Central Park, or 5th Ave. The rooms were small, but romantic. I had a great time and would book this hotel again.”
