  • Front desk is very rude.

“The room is very hot, no fan/AC. Though I said I was ready to pay extra amount, they did not listen to me; the guy is very rude.”

  • I liked the part of town, though it is a little out of the way.
  • The room was so unhealthy that I became very sick and it ruined my whole stay in nay. There was little interest in my complaint.

“Over heated and in disrepair. My room leaked and the heater literally chugged like a steam, train all day and night. The carpet was wet from the leeks and I go very sick. At 3am a loud crash woke me from my fevered sleep. A large piece of ceiling had bombed my bed and sprayed my face with plaster which went into my eye. The handyman kindly organized a room change but no one else cared what had happened. I asked about a refund and was given a form to fill out which Iżll probably never hear about. I will be contacting the health authorities if I don't soon get a response. I completely missed nay to raging fevers caused by this place, in which it was impossible to recover.”

  • Nothing. worst experience I ever had.
  • They had no information on my booking. the bathroom is outside the roomżs will never book again with your company.

“I donżt think its a good idea for me to write something. I have nothing good to say. it was the worst place I have ever been and Iżll leave it at that.”

  • Loved the upper west side location and the low (for Manhattan) price.
  • The shower was awful.

“If you need a no-frills place to stay in Manhattan and are familiar with the neighborhood, this is a great deal. The communal bathrooms were clean, but the water pressure in the showers was terrible. If I come back to stay for one night, Iżll just skip the shower. West end studios are definitely a good place to know about, especially for single travelers who simply need a safe place to sleep in nick.”

  • It was cheap.
  • It was disgusting.

“I really was misled by the pictures. This hotel is really crappy inside and is not worth the price. The bathrooms were never clean and the door would barely open or lock.”

  • Its cheap and close to many attractions.
  • Its a run down hotel and not enough bathrooms..

“I've been to this hotel twice its perfect if you don't want to spend a lot of money. Its only a few trains stops to almost every attraction in NY its pretty much a place to sleep nothing more. The rooms are just ok they could spend some more money to make the hallways look clean and maybe add some more bathrooms. Don't expect anything when going to this hotel but a bed to lay your head on and a bathroom to shower in if you can find a empty one.”
