“The only thing about this hotel was the location. I arrived at the hotel and was amazed that the bar's door had cobwebs all over it. I did not think much of it, but once I arrived to my room with my family, I immediately knew that I was not going to stay here much longer. The room was so small that we had to jump on top of our bags to reach the bathroom. There was only one bed too. I needed one for my son and one for me and my wife, which we specifically requested when booking with the travel agent. We went downstairs and told the staff about this. Their response was that they could bring in a fold up bed into the room. But the fold up bed could not fit in the room. It would be half inside the bathroom, and half inside the main room. They then said that my son could just sleep in our bed, a tiny double bed for three people. No way! We left the building and managed to get into the Crowne Plaza on Broadway, just around the corner from the Amsterdam Court. Do not stay at the Amsterdam court!”
