  • Ambiance, overloos harbor, nice seasounds - birds, seals, bells, etc.
  • Only one elevator at oposite end of a long complex.

“After a long drive it was a pleasure to be greeted warmly when I checked. The parking garage below the facility was a welcome convenience. The studio room was nicely laid out and tastefully decorated. I appreciated the kitchenette's convenience and amenities. Three large windows facing the harbor could be opened to let in the smells and sounds of the harbor. Definitely a welcome and peaceful change from the typical beach motel!”
