• Classic elegance.
• Bathrooms needed updated.

“The gentlemen at the check in was not polite nor courteous. He was very snobby and did not make you feel welcome. In contrast the lady at checkout was very perky and nice to deal with. The Inn had a definite charm about it however the bathrooms needed to be updated to give a more clean feeling.”

“Not a good experience. The reservations were somehow deleted prior to arrival. The room had not been properly cleaned prior to arrival. My 2 year old found something rather unsanitary beneath the bed and it remained there throughout our three night stay. The plumbing was atrocious. The shower repeatedly went from scalding hot to ice cold without warning and I was forced to give my child a shower by filling a plastic cup from the sink. I was informed by maintenance that the building "is 100 years old" and that we should "just step back" from the water when the temperature changed. Be careful.”

“Do not even waste your time making a reservation! We have made reservations only to be called (sometimes the week we are to arrive) to say they have overbooked and can not accommodate us. It is very frustrating to then have to make last minute reservations at another hotel. It is a nice hotel but not worth the worry that they may have overbooked. Don't waste your time making a reservation, just book somewhere else from the start.”
