• Very clean.
• At end of recent renovation project.

“It was clean, quiet, convenient to Cool Springs Mall and activities and had a good breakfast, even with pancakes freshly cooked just for us. An early check-in and a one hour late checkout was allowed.”

• The decor the lobby and of the rooms.
• Entrance and exit to the hotel.

“No doubt we will continue to come to this hotel. The rooms are always clean and everything works (lights, TV remotes, key cards, etc). The hotel staff is very accommodating, the decor is very pleasant and the dining room is large and welcoming.”

• Close proximity to everything we wanted to do.
• Coffee in room was terrible, no pay per movie movies available.

“It was fine, met our needs, for the price expected a bit more, at least ability to rent a movie, breakfast each am was very nice.”

• Convenient to ice rink which was purpose of trip.
• Only complaint-person restocking breakfast Sunday was reading a book and slow to restock. Saturday person was excellent though.

“Overall, good value. Rooms are large and maid service was excellent. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Decent continental; good exercise room and the indoor pool was nice.”

• Decor was very relaxing, staff efficient and rooms very clean.
• One of the remotes didn't work.
