• It was convenient and they allowed me to switch rooms without any issues.
• The air condition in room was loud and made it difficult to sleep. Bathroom was a little cramped.

“I would stay here especially because of
closeness to the venue I was attending. The air condition was very loud and woke me up at night. The receptionist at front was very nice and she was able to take care of my needs.”

• The bed was not very comfortable, back pain when I woke up.

“The hotel was clean and attractive, staff was polite and the room was nice and orderly. The only problem I had was the bed. It felt comfortable, but I found it hard to sleep on and I had back pain in the morning.”

• Pool was too cold.

“Clean hotel with everything needed. Nice cont. Breakfast with nice seating area. Also, the computer in the lobby for guest use is a great idea!”

• The staff was warm and very helpful.

“The facility is very nicely maintained, but the real selling point was the staff. The woman who ran the breakfast bar, a retired corporate trainer for T.J. Maxx, was very warm and friendly. Her daughter was at the front desk. It gave it almost the feel of a family-run in. It was a very comfortable stay.”

• The Front Desk folks were amazing!
• Although I was in a non-smiling room, it still had a stale smoke odor.
