• 4-star staff in a 1-star hotel. Convenient to restaurants & shopping.
• Pool was horrible - cold, dirty, dark. Room was small and needed updating.

“Pool was big disappointment and hot tub didn't work. Would've stayed somewhere much nicer if we had known the pool was so bad. Best thing is the staff: front desk, housekeeping, restaurant staff all 4-star! Pool staff inattentive and uninterested. Hotel has great location but needs renovated badly.”

• It was in a convenient location.
• Restaurant was of very poor quality, no free continental breakfast, and no maintenance or room service at night.

“I am not likely to stay at this hotel again. The air didn't work and no one was available to fix it. Unless you are a best western member the very cheaply made breakfast costs you $10.45.not inclined to stay again.”
