• Notthing.
• The bathroom door was falling off and
  the bed sheets were all wrinkled.

• The room had a nice fresh smell, even though it was a smoking room.
• I swam in the pool only once, it was hot , looked and smelled dirty.

“The hotel was just ok, I was happy with the location, and the king size bed, but other than that, it¿s a good thing for the good rate Priceline was able to give me.”

• Good location though off the beach, and
  cleaned daily.
• Roaches, thin walls, staff didn't honor request of no neighbors, old and run down.

“Good location but not on or near the beach. No microwave in room.
Manager and wife very nice, but didn't honor my wish to be separated from neighbors during my mid-week stay: 10 units of 50+ were occupied. Pretty serious roach problem. We saw 8-10. Cleaned daily, just needs a spraying. Sort of depressing run down building, some windows boarded over. Lots of fishermen, mostly quiet.”

• Good location.
• The room was small and very dirty.

“The room was dirty. The towels looked dingy and dirty. The shower rod was falling off of the wall. The bathroom was nasty. The fridge had hair and crumbs in it. The room was not worth the price.”

• Looked better on the outside than inside.

• Nothing.
• The fact that the hotel was overbooked and could not find my reservation.

“Did not stay at this hotel. Had a reservation and when I got there they could not find my reservation and advised that they did not have any rooms anyway. Very nice room and people.”

• The beds were a little too hard.

“We don't travel fancy -- to us it's a waste of money. This hotel was clean, the staff friendly, housekeeping excellent, and very affordable. We will more than likely stay here again.”

• It was clean, and the cable TV was good.
• The thing I did not like was the mattress - it was not comfortable.

“Overall, the hotel staff and accommodations were quite satisfactory. I personally found the king sized mattress on my bed very uncomfortable; were it not for that, my stay would have been entirely satisfactory as all I was after was a comfortable place to park my body after a day's fishing.”

• The staff was friendly and courteous.
• The towels were stained and the shower curtain had mildew on it.

“For the age of the buildings, I felt they were kept in good order. The linens and the shower curtain could have been replaced. We were in a smoking room and don't smoke so the smell wasn't pleasant to me. The overall cleanliness was appropriate.”

• Convenient location, easy to get to everything.
• Run down, and a little dirty.

“As a whole it wasn't terrible, but it was a bit pricey for the condition of the room and laundry room, and the comfort of the beds. I probably would pay a little more and stay at a nicer place next time.”

• It was down the road from the beach.
• I did not like the spiders or roaches that inhabited the room.

“For the price and location, the lodging was adequate. I would stay here again, albeit with a can of insect spray.”

• Nothing, everything was horrible.
• Everything.

“This hotel was not rated great in the first place, but we thought, well it¿s just a place to sleep, but there is no way we could ever sleep there. The bed was like flooring with sheets. It was hard as a rock. I think we actually saw a hooker there too. I couldn¿t be to sure, and the place was real run down. Well, needless to say, we had to go to the holiday inn at three in the morning, just so we could sleep. Do not stay here!”

• You had taken the ferry togged there! :).
• The size, the smell, the leaking a/c, the teeny bathroom.

“I would not recommend this hotel for anything but sleeping. (Luckily, we were able to just sleep there.) ”

• Room was clean, breakfast was good.
• It is getting quite old, the walkways and steps were quite dirty, needs cleaning.

“Was adequate for our one night stop -was farther from the beach than what we had thought-it is getting old and the walkways and steps had lots of cigarette butts and bottle caps, etc.-probably from spring breakers-might stay again but is doubtful.”
