• Evening meal was pricey for what you got. And there were flies landing on me the whole time.

• Clean rooms, continental breakfast was hit with kids, pool was big and nice.
• 1 room not clean when we got there.

“Clean, well kept, comfortable hotel. Free continental breakfast was a huge plus, pool was fantastic. Close enough to Wisconsin Dells but far enough away to be quiet and restful.”

• Now bottled water in any place, machines, bar, etc.

• The pool was clean and refreshing.
• Not a thing.

• Reasonably priced; restaurant excellent; pool.
• Jacuzzi was dirty, WiFi was useless.

“An excellent location for my purpose. Generally very comfortable and amenable except for the cleanness of the Jacuzzi when operating (which made me worry about the swimming pool). The free WiFi which was very weak.”

• Check in was very easy! Shower stream was really nice!
• Beds were pretty old, towels were tiny and thin.

• It was conveniently located in the heart of Baraboo.
• The staff was not friendly and were not helpful when I needed support.

“The hotel needs to be remodeled. The hallways resembled something out of the 1950's. Although the room was comfortable, I did not feel that I was properly welcomed by the staff at the front desk. I arrived at a late hour and was treated with disrespect by the person on duty. I would think twice before staying at this establishment again.”

• Great location. Close to casino, state parks, and dells.
• Limited breakfast selections, beds weren't that comfortable.

“We really enjoyed our stay at Park Plaza. The location was excellent and allowed us to easily visit the Dells, casino, and Devil's Lake State Park. The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful. Our only complaints were that the beds/pillows weren't that comfortable and the breakfast selection was pretty minimal our first morning (did improve after that).”

• Employees were spread to thin, made to multi task.

• Staff of hotel was super friendly. The wait staff In the restaurant was not.
• Although this Is an older hotel and seems to be short staffed, the staff was very friendly and the hotel has some charm.

“Hotel near the Dells, In Baraboo with great staff. The hotel needs more staff and some maintenance, but Is still a pretty good place to stay.”

• Overall clean hotel, nothing fancy but good for the price.
• The room was cold and stayed cold all night even with heat on - not good in the winter.

“Overall ok place. Convenient to Dells and Devils Head skiing, but our room was cold all night long, even with the wall-unit heater on high. Continental breakfast was a joke, but again, for the price it wasn't awful.”

• Quality and cleanliness are prioritized at this hotel.
• The lady at the front desk did not ask "who's next" when I & others checked-out.

“This genuinely family-oriented hotel offers modern & clean rooms, public areas & recreational amenities. This combination created a welcome surprise for my wife and I who sought a last minute getaway after a 3-hours drive from Chicago to try our luck at the Ho-Chunk casino two miles up the road from this hotel. Reservations were made only hours prior to our arrival.”
