• Pool and Whirlpool on same level near my room.
• Bathroom in room very small, pool too chlorinated..

“Came to visit the Dells. Hotel is about a 10-15 minute drive to all the Dells main attractions. Price is great considering overpriced hotels in the area. Had two double bed room and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was extremely small. Barely room for a shower and toilet with nowhere to stand.”

• Cleanliness, location, and staff.
• Pillows were lumpy and the sheets needed to be replaced.

“This hotel was everything I expected it to be. The staff were friendly and courteous. The restaurant was exceptional. We plan to visit there again in the spring. That says it all.”

• Clean rooms, continental breakfast was hit with kids, pool was big and nice.
• 1 room not clean when we got there.

“Clean, well kept, comfortable hotel. Free continental breakfast was a huge plus, pool was fantastic. Close enough to Wisconsin Dells but far enough away to be quiet and restful.”

• Now bottled water in any place, machines, bar, etc.

• The pool was clean and refreshing.
• Not a thing.

• Reasonably priced; restaurant excellent; pool.
• Jacuzzi was dirty, WiFi was useless.

“An excellent location for my purpose. Generally very comfortable and amenable except for the cleanness of the Jacuzzi when operating (which made me worry about the swimming pool). The free WiFi which was very weak.”

• Check in was very easy! Shower stream was really nice!
• Beds were pretty old, towels were tiny and thin.

• It was conveniently located in the heart of Baraboo.
• The staff was not friendly and were not helpful when I needed support.

“The hotel needs to be remodeled. The hallways resembled something out of the 1950's. Although the room was comfortable, I did not feel that I was properly welcomed by the staff at the front desk. I arrived at a late hour and was treated with disrespect by the person on duty. I would think twice before staying at this establishment again.”

• Great location. Close to casino, state parks, and dells.
• Limited breakfast selections, beds weren't that comfortable.

“We really enjoyed our stay at Park Plaza. The location was excellent and allowed us to easily visit the Dells, casino, and Devil's Lake State Park. The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful. Our only complaints were that the beds/pillows weren't that comfortable and the breakfast selection was pretty minimal our first morning (did improve after that).”
