• It was clean and comfortable.
• The customer service was quick, brief and my problem was not resolved.

“This is a good hotel if you are visiting Appleton to shop. It is clean and comfy. However, the breakfast could use some fruit.”

• Reasonable rates, helpful and friendly staff, and great free breakfast.

“In these days of economic hardship, this hotel was a great bargain and would be for anyone who is looking for a good deal.The front desk person went out of her way to search the internet for us to find details about the Art Show in Green Bay along with directions which she cheefully printed off for us.”

“The hotel was old smelled like smoke and staff was dressed in street clothes. It was somewhere to sleep but would never stay there again and I would recommend it to anyone.”

• Within walking distance of Fox River Mall & lots of eating choices, nice alternative to Green Bay.
• Front desk personnel were not very friendly.

• Cramped, AC was impossibly noisy.

• Great price, very clean and quiet, comfortable bedding, nice whirlpool.
• Small rooms, but what I'd expect for such a low price.

“The staff was very friendly. Hotel is very clean, beds are very comfortable. Whirlpool was clean and nice. Centrally located. Our key would not work a couple of times but staff was more than helpful and accommodated us.”

• Price, accessibility from the highway.
• Bathroom could've been a little cleaner.

“I'd go there again. It met my price expectations and was reasonably nice & clean inside. It was also easy to access from the highway, which was handy because we were traveling back and forth between where we stayed and a bigger city. Loved the Wifi internet in the room, nice big fridge, and lots of storage cabinets.”
