• It was clean, quiet, friendly, and right by the interstate.
• The hallways were not air conditioned and were boiling hot.

“I stayed here for almost two weeks while I was in Columbus for business. I was working downtown, so this was much cheaper than staying down there. The hotel was right next to the interstate, which only made for a 15-minute commute. Parking was ample. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was reasonably clean and comfortable. The bed was a little firm for my taste, but the bedding was great. It was difficult to keep the humidity out of the room, even with the air conditioner running 24/7, but then it was 90-degrees outside. I did find one of those little silverfish bugs crawling in the closet once, but that was the only encounter I had. The bathroom could have used some minor repairs (why were almost all of the screws missing from the face plates.), but the shower was great. Overall, it was a comfortable stay. I would stay there again if I were to go back to Columbus.”

• I liked the continental breakfast.
• The am clerk wants helpful when we were trying to find out about a local attraction. Did not offer to look anything up-just did not know.

“The stay was comfortable and the woman in the breakfast area kept it very clean and neat and was very polite.”
