• The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean.
• The jacuzzi needed a little updating.

• The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating.
• The carpet in the room was worn and dingy. The hot tub was not working.

“The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The common areas were well kept. The carpet in our room has seen its better days, however I would say the room was clean. The pool was good for young children most of it was only 3 1/2 feet deep and a small section was 5 feet. The hotel suited out needs and budget well.”

• Nice breakfast.
• Room smelled, old used furnishings, slow elevator.

“Bathrooms were just very used, definitely an older hotel. Had a smell in the bathroom, we never could figure out. Toilets flushed very loud, you could hear your neighbors flushing theirs. The elevator crawled, literally, it was the slowest one I've ever been in. Basically the inside of the hotel looked nothing like the outside, you were fooled by the exterior. Breakfast was great, lots to choose from.”

• The staff was very accommodating during bad weather-great breakfast.

“Clean, comfortable, very good service. No problem having to stay an extra night due to inclement weather. I would highly recommend this hotel as a great place to stay. Not frilly, but very nice.”

• As a non-Columbus resident, it was difficult to find the turns in the dark.

“We had a very enjoyable stay. The room was awesome and the bed was comfortable. The staff at the front desk was personable and helpful. Since we spent only sleep time in the room, it was nice that we had such a big discount. Thank you so much!”
