• Very dirty and uncomfortable.

“This place is just horrid! My family and I stayed here Sept. 6 through Sept. 23 while I had open heart surgery at the Cleveland Clinic. The beds were most uncomfortable, room dirty and we could never get enough wash cloths or towels. The only good thing about this pace is its proximity to the Clinic. I stayed in the room for four days after my discharge. None of the chairs had arm rests, the toilet was very low to the floor (requiring me to strain to sit down) and the toilet paper roll was installed far back from the toilet and low to the floor. Who designed these rooms Torquemada? I really recommend looking at other establishments if you plan a stay longer than two days, especially if you are having surgery.”
