• Comfortable rooms and adequate breakfast at a good price.
• Corridors are rather dirty.

“The hotel was very difficult to locate. They need to give instructions on which exit to take from the freeway. Free parking was good and room very comfortable.”

• Great staff, very knowledgeable about area.

“We contacted a local cab company and used them for all our travel while in Cincinnati, the drivers name was Walter and he was excellent in all areas, polite, helpful, would not use anyone else, the staff was very helpful with suggestions on excellent dining, places of interest for both adults and children, we will stay with them again.”

• The staff was very friendly.
• The hotel seemed very outdated and dirty.

“I was very disappointed in this hotel. The rooms were very outdated and had some fixtures missing in the bathroom. The bedspreads had cigarette burns in them and the hotel did not seem clean. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.”

• Convenient, clean, semi-friendly. I felt safe while there.
• Needed a larger pool area and our ice machine didn't work on our floor and inside the room the carpet was buckling.

“This was a fairly good hotel for the money. I felt it was convenient to get to, although there wasn't much around the hotel like restaurants or shopping. Staff was not knowledgeable or willing to share knowledge of the city.”

• Location to Downtown Cincinnati and to the freeway and bus line and free parking.
• Strange odor in hallway and windows were really dirty.

“The hotel staff was pleasant and courteous. This was a good price for the location to Downtown Cincinnati and free parking. It is close to the freeway and the bus line. There is a musty smell in the hallway and the windows were really dirty. Overall, I would stay there again for the conveniences.”

• It was a good location.
• Needed much updating. The bathroom was falling apart, the breakfast was not good, the pool was to cold to swim in.

“The bathroom towel bars were falling off the wall, the room felt dirty, there was no fridge, or microwave for lengthy stays, the pool was to cold to swim in and this was the end of June, the workers were okay and the location was great.”

• Very nice breakfast, hot foods and fresh fruits.
• The location was not safe at all; the room and linens were filthy.

“We came to Cincinnati to go the aquarium with three young children. The room had a strange odor, the linens were dirty, the walls were dirty, and there were dried feces on the toilet lid as well as the outside of the toilet bowl. At two am we were awakened by the sounds of what appeared to be a gang fight directly across the street at the Chevron Gas station.”

• Great location, free parking, nice free breakfast.
• Rooms need a little more repair. The tub dripped and some of the carpet was damaged.

“This hotel is great for those on a budget. Location was terrific. It was nice to get free parking, not something you can find at other downtown hotels. The breakfast selection was very diverse. My only complaint was the fitness room - only 3 pieces of equipment and they were rather old.”

• I liked the private parking garage and the cleanliness of the room.
• Unaccommodating staff and broken ice machines.

“Upon arriving the staff was eating while activating the room cards. I called to report the ice machine wasn't working and a staff member told me to walk to another floor and try one. However, the room was good condition. Overall, it was just a place to sleep, not for enjoyment.”

• It was a good value for the price we paid.
• Traffic noise from the nearby busy expressway made it somewhat difficult to get to sleep.

“This hotel provides comfortable rooms for a very reasonable price. The location is centrally located in the downtown area and close to many Cincinnati attractions. The continental breakfast offers a modest selection of morning offerings. The staff is very friendly and personable.”

“It hasn't been updated in years but if you just need a place to sleep, its okay. Pool is really too small to use. Exercise room is just enough to say they have one.”

• The shower was better than my shower at home!
• The evening shift didn't know where anything was, and there was no ice.

“Over all it was great. The check in staff was very friendly and nice. Granted none of the ice machines in the building seemed to work and the desk folks couldn't give directions to anything (including the restaurant 4 blocks away we were looking for).”
