“The hotel was very nice, and the price was right. Also the two pool areas we very nice and kid friendly. It is also in a good location, only 13 miles to Kings Island and close to good restaurants & shopping. We will stay there again the next time we go down...”

“I liked the location of the hotel and overall the facilities were good. The check-in and check-out were quick. A shopping mall and many restaurants were nearby. One drawback was that in my room the air conditioner was slow to cool the room when I turned it down overnight.”

“Overall the hotel served the purpose for our visit. It was a good location and close to the tennis tournament that we were attending. I like that the mall is close and that there was plenty to choose from as far as food goes. It wasn't amazing but once again, it served it's purpose.”

“This is by the far the worst two star hotel I have ever stayed at. Hotel is desperate need of a major renovation of facilities, Should be a 1/2 Star at best.”

“No hot water when we first arrived but was quickly fixed. Exterior door falling off. Outdoor pool full of cottonwood fluffiest (seeds). Room was clean. Indoor pool worked for me. 30 minutes to northwest or southeast corners of city.”

“It is an old hotel, that has gone be several different names. It was not within the area that I had requested, but we made due. A little extra miles traveled was needed to get us back and forth to our event, but all in all, we weren't overly inconvenience. We had request a room in Blue Ash Ohio, and this was not in that area. In fact, it was probably 10 miles from there.”

“Staff was courteous. Housekeeping/maintenance has some serious concerns to work out. Our first room (211)was incomplete (no pillows, bathroom dirty, trash in containers,etc.) We complained to desk staff. We were given a new room. Our new room (213)had a strong odor of CAT URINE. We asked for assistance on this matter. (Keep in mind it is 9pm) We waited about 10 minutes, then went to pool (it closes at 10pm). Came back at 10:15pm and there was a can of deodorizer spray. That did NOT fix the problem. At this point we just tolerated it (the smell). The next night we asked for a new room, and was given the original room (211)(cleaned finally). Entry door to this room was very squeaky, fortunately, I watched MacGyver as a kid and used a bar of soap to stop the squeaking, impressed the kids!This hotel was probably really nice some time ago, but has aged, and needs some serious TLC. There are no clear directions to find the pool, especially when it is dark.”

“Overall, was a bad experience. There were no towels in room or at the pool. Front desk said sorry about your luck, you'll have to wait until 7:30am...completely unacceptable. The bathroom was dirty, the room phone was inoperable, the TV was fuzzy, not clear picture, the security door lock was busted, the shower drain did not drain, the water got no hotter than luke warm, and hospitality came knocking at 9:30am to see if we were still checked in, waking everyone up. The hotel had great potential to be a great place to stay, but the above made it very difficult to digest.”

“Nice family friendly hotel. The hotel accepts small pets too! Clean, comfortable and courteous Close to shopping and dining. Big, warm indoor pool that always had towels. In general, a nice place to stay.”
