“This hotel's location was perfectly located in reference to the Reds and Bengals Stadiums. The price was really reasonable but make sure you park in the hotel's parking lot. We arrived late and woke up the next morning with a letter on our vehicle saying that we owed $15 for parking or else we would be turned over to a collection agency. That is ridiculous!”

“The location was great. Hotel was clean. Pool was good, but I was under the impression that non-smoking rooms were booked. I had problems with allergies the next day. Only problem that I had.”

“I recently stayed one night at this hotel on a trip to visit the Newport Aquarium in Newport, KY. Despite the affordable price I paid, every facet of my stay at the hotel was top-notch. The room and other hotel areas were all very clean. The staff was amazingly courteous, and the room service was excellent. My only complaint would be shared with other hotels in the area as well: When paying for a hotel room, it doesn't seem right to also have to pay a premium to park my car at the hotel. It would be nice if there were some sort of validation avaiable for paying guests of the hotel. ”

“The staff was friendly and accommodating. They brought extra pillows when requested and allowed us a late check-out. The only downside was that the pillows (even the extras) were either flat as a pancake or lumpy.”

“It's close to all that downtown has to offer but you lose some freedoms of suburban hotels. There is no free parking except the highly sought after meters on Sunday. We were a bit nervous about leaving our car in the lots and garages in the sketchy local area. Because it is part of the convention center complex there is no food allowed (but you can buy their $10 cheeseburgers if you've got money to burn) and there are plenty of rowdy and young guests around attending conventions.”

“The hotel was very nice. However, Parking is very difficult, especially if you have a trailer. When you call to ask about parking, the answer is different from when you actually arrive.”

“ Upscale atmosphere. If you eat at the hotel, be prepared to pay big bucks. Says no coolers or outside food permitted to be brought in, but hotel does not stand by the policy. Bar at the pool is very nice.”

“The location was great, the price was great...but that was it. The hotel itself is very old and needs to be updated, the rooms were not very clean - kleenex never was refilled after it had been out since we were there, sheets were torn, bedskirt was torn, room was very noisy - loud toilet, and anytime a door opened or closed in our hallway you could hear it. I would not stay at a 4 points sheraton again after this experience.”
