“Hotel was under renovation, so everything is dusty and dirty. I found out that the hotel is no longer a Radisson, but is now Sussex Hotel. When it was a Radisson, I was told that I could park and fly if I stay at the hotel. When I arrived, I found out that I could only get one day free parking and have to pay $6 per day for the rest of the time. The hotel staff was not very friendly; quite curt. I will not be staying at this hotel anymore.”

“The last time I used you guys the room was not very good, holes in the towels, no pool, no toiletries in room. This hotel was under construction, a big mess. The keyed entry wouldn't work so we had to wait for someone to come let us in and he said he was just going to leave the hotel unlocked because they were having so much trouble with the entry locks, that made us feel real safe. The pool was closed because of the construction. The shower in the room wouldn't work, so that just about did my stay in. As I checked out the hostess on duty at the front desk ask me about m stay and I told her want I have told you here. Well her reply was I will get maintenance to look at the shower. What good was that to me, having to leave a hotel without a shower.”

“Perfect location, lovely decor and bedding, friendly staff. Bar, restaurant and little "market" for guests - perfect for late night munchies. Always been a big fan of Marriott's.”

“Although located next to the airport, it was well insulated. I slept well; never heard one airplane at a busy airport! This hotel is in the process of renovation, so I think it will be even nicer in the future.”

“This hotel was under MAJOR reconstruction and should have been listed as a one star until construction was finished. Half of the lobby was boarded up with plywood. The pool and jacuzzi was closed due to the construction. The first room we were put in was very hot and the air conditioning was not working. The smoke alarm fell off the wall and did not have a battery in it. The date for last service on the alarm was 12/01. We were moved to another room and the Temperature was a little better but the Air conditioning still did not work. No windows in the room could be opened so no relief from the heat of the building. I looked at the smoke alarm in that second room and its last service date was in 2003. With no sprinklers in the rooms this could be very dangerous! I feel like this hotel should be downed to a one star until renovations are finished. The staff basically said there was nothing they could do there were no other rooms to move us to.”

“At this time, the Radisson is undergoing major renovation. While the rooms are clean, they are dated - thus the need for renovation. Due to the construction, the parking is a bit difficult - but free - and the lobby is unusable. The room was clean but the carpeting was a bit old and dirty - not comfortable to walk on. Overall, good for the amount I paid this stay.”

“I stayed in this hotel a few months ago, and did not like it very much. This time I was in the tower and the room was better. The area where my room was last time has been gutted, and the rooms there will be replaced with two for every three.”

“It was all I could do to stay at this hotel. The smell was horrible the rooms were dark and dingy. The pool was under renovation which was really disappointing to our two small children. I even purchased the 5 dollar cancellation protection, and couldn't use it. They wanted a form filled out by my doctor in order to cancel my reservation.”

“Offers shuttle service to CMG and offers parking at a reduced fee. Provides free high speed internet. Poor quality as to cleanliness (especially the bathroom), appearance (much wear and tear), and lack of pool or exercise facility (closed for renovation).”
