• Close to our destination, clean.
• Nothing.

“Front desk person was so friendly and helpful when we were tired and ready for bed! The room was lovely, bed comfortable and somewhat luxurious- a plus!”

• The bed was very comfortable and we slept very well.
• The small continental breakfast area.

“Very easy to find. Was surprised at the comfortable room and how quiet it was considering how close it was to a busy street and train tracks. My daughter and I also enjoyed swimming in the pool. The pool area could use a clock. We enjoyed the restaurant and had a nice time in our room. Would stay there again.”

• The room was very spacious as was the bathroom. Liked that it had a corner kitchen.
• The walls were very thin. Could hear people talking when I was going to sleep.

“I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I was traveling with my husband and 2 small kids. Our room had a king bed in it and for free we were able to get a crib for our 11 month old. Also we were able to purchase a trundle bed. That should have been free since I requested a room for 4 people and we only got one bed. I liked that the room was very spacious so we didn't feel crowded. There was a side counter with a sink and fridge and microwave which was very nice seeing as I needed the sink and fridge for bottles and cups and soy milk. The bathroom was also very nice. The shower/bath had 2 shower heads which was nice so I could have more water to shower with. The only complaint I have is that the walls are very thin. I could hear people talking when I was in bed. I also liked that there was a restaurant on site since I'm not an early riser for the continental breakfast so I could just throw our clothes on and go to the restaurant. The food was good. I recommend the taco soup. It was very clean and the staff was friendly. Overall my experience was a good one. I would go back to them again.”

• The restaurant was convenient and served very nice meals.
• The bed furnishings seemed worn and we needed a second non-feather pillow.

“We liked the location because it was just a few miles from Multnomah Falls and the outlet mall. It really is probably a better choice for business travelers.”

• Cat hair on the bed, manager, poor customer service.

“The hotel was nice, cat hair on the bed, we asked for a different room with hot tub, they didn't have one, and we asked for fresh bedding, the manger was not willing to give it to us, until much pressing. She called her boss at home who told her to give us fresh bedding. If this lady worked for me, I believe I would be letting her go. Very poor customer service from her! But we did not allow it to spoil our Valentine get a way.”

• It had a 24hr indoor Pool/Hot Tub.
• The Pool heater did not work, and they lied to us about it.

“Overall was ok, based my stay on the fact that they had a pool, but it was ice cold.”

“The room met my expectations and the great mattress was a welcome surprise! Only one restaurant within walking distance and it was packed with a long wait for a table so be prepared!”

• Location/next to a cell tower and power substation.

“The room was comfortable and clean. We had our own queen sized bed. It served our purposes and we got a decent price.”

• The sheets were washed w/ chemicals that made my whole body itch.

“The sheets had something on them that I was allergic to. I told the staff and asked if they had a new set or a different set that hadn't been washed in the same soap. I have never had this problem anywhere else before and don't have sensitive skin. They were not accommodating at all!”

“This room lacked counter space because it was a handicap room. Minor irritation but it happens occasionally.”

• Allowed us to check in very early because of car break-in. Very friendly.
• Right next to very busy, noisy street.

“We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Very nice bathroom. The pool and hot tub were nice. The hotel staff allowed us to check in several hours early because our car had been broken into the night before and the window smashed. We needed to be able to put our things in the hotel room. The hotel staff was extremely accommodating.”

• Loud room by stairwell with door slamming all night. Bad nights sleep.

“The noise level of the room we were in was terrible. The hotel put us in a room by the stairwell and the door to the stairwell was extremely loud. People using stairwell all night. Terrible experience. I would not recommend this hotel at all.”
