• My family enjoyed the large screen T.V. and breakfast.
• Our room had some trouble with hot water the first night.

“The Holiday Inn Express in Emporia, VA., was a welcome rest stop on my family's trip back from Fl. The wide screen T.V. in the room was a relaxing extra. The pool was on the small size but still comfortable. The full breakfast with fresh scrambled Eggs and Bacon was well worth the price of the room.”

• The shower curtain was too short for the tub, and water leaked on the floor.

• All the pillows on the bed.
• The coffee was terrible.

“This hotel appeared to be new but the maintenance is not being kept up with. How long does it take them to fix the hot tub, months? The breakfast coffee was watered down and not the usual standard of this type hotel. The room was clean. I would not stay here again.”

• Complimentary breakfast was excellent - room was very clean and well stocked.

“This hotel was very convenient, well-priced, and had a lot of excellent features. The complimentary breakfast offered more than I expected. The facilities were very clean and everything was well-stocked. I would definitely stay here again.”
