• Friendly employees and Wi-Fi internet access.
• Parking lot had limited spaces (but good security).

“Great hotel for the money. Employees were friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was very good. Only one block from the "Centro Historico" and the 'mercado.' Excellent Wi-Fi reception for my laptop. The only downfall was the limited parking spaces. They did however, have another parking area one block from the hotel which was gated and secured.”

• The location is good and you can go in a walking distance to shops and restaurants (don't try the Hotel restaurant!).
• Staff & management not very informative .

“I wasn't very impressed with the quality of this Hotel neither the service of its staff. They failed to provide the breakfast coupons, I paid out of my pocket 6.50dls per person for a "buffet" that it was only a choice of some hard and could tortilla cooking (chilaquiles), scramble eggs or some fruits, the restaurant quality is very poor and their prices are quite unsuitable for the food quality. Needless to say, the second day I took my family out to have a decent breakfast and by the way a lot cheaper!.”
