• 30 to 45 minutes by Metro to city center.

• Friendly staff.
• Lights were burnt out in 3 of the 5 lights in the room.

“Location is not near the center of Paris but makes up for it by being in a very nice area. Hotel rooms are very nice, clean and roomy.”

• In elegant and quiet neighborhood, English speaking staff, comfy rooms.
• A bit far from metro station; address confusing at first.

“Very comfy and clean hotel, locating in an excellent high-end and quiet neighborhood. Walking to metro stations is a pleasure with beautiful streetscape. Rooms are well-maintained, staff friendly, with chic public space such as a bar and patio area. Took me about 10-15 minutes to walk to Sablon station and 5-10 minutes to no. 3 station, both enjoyable so I didn't mind that much.”

• Free internet access in lobby is fantastic!
• We were 3-4 blocks from nearest metro station.

“Great rooms and service and free internet access in lobby makes this great place to stay especially for business travelers. A 10-15 walk to the nearest metro station is the only negative thing I have to say.”

• Some staff is really helpful.
• Some of the staff seems like they are not in the hotel industry.

“The location is better than expected. Not far from the Metro and business distinct. One of the receptionists I met during checking-in was really helpful. But the rest of the staff shouldn't work under their hotel brand name. It is a shame.”

• Great interior design in lobby/restaurant.
• The only bad thing is that it is about a 7 minute walk from the subway.

“This hotel was very nice for the price. Everyone was very nice, the hotel was clean, free wireless in the lobby, a gym, etc. What else could you ask for? I was not expecting something so nice for the price I paid. It is off of the 1 line, which serves nearly every touristy place of interest. Although it is in zone 2, it is only a few stops to the best areas in Paris.”

• The hotel is well located, much closed to the city. Enjoy the area very well and I will stay there again.
• Staff was not efficient in relating telephone message. I was very upset on my last day because I was waiting for phone calls.

“On the morning of my departure I was waiting for calls from family and friends. They called several times and left message with the operators because they were told that I was on the phone. I was not. I am not sure what happened to the phone. No one ever gave me the messages. Phone messages were left with them. Very disappointed because those calls were very important to my visits. They need to improve their messaging system. I think the messages should be related to me when I went to check out. I did not do express check out. Beside that everything else was very good.”

• This hotel is in a nice area of Paris. Several great restaurants, bakery, department store, small convenient stores, are nearby.
• The hotel is a little bit on the outskirts of Paris.

“We recommend this hotel. It is in a quiet area of Paris. A lot of older apartment houses are nearby. The bus is very close to the hotel. The metro line 1 and 3 are within walking distance. Apartment store, bakeries, very good restaurants, small grocery stores, is all very close to the hotel.”

• Stylish decor, nice restaurant and bar, a friendly, professional staff and a convenient all hours amenities store.
• It is a bit of a hike from the nearest metro stop, although it is a nice neighborhood.

“I was pleasantly surprised this hotel was much nicer than I had expected. It felt more like a 4 star. Big puffy bedding, great shower facilities, and a stylish restaurant and bar. It also had this great little convenience store by the front desk where you could buy anything from snacks to bottles of Champaign at all hours and the prices, although higher than street, were not as ridiculous as some room service prices can be. The downside: internet. Hotels of this class charge you for internet. In this case, 15 euros/day! Almost extortion, Id say. For foreign travelers w/out a cell phone, it's key to have accessible, cheap (if not free) internet.”

• The hotel was located in a beautiful residential area.
• It was at least a 10 minute walk to the Metro.

“We were very pleased with the personnel, the comfort of the beds, cleanliness and it was an excellent experience.”

• All hotels in USA provide breakfast but this one with charge.
• They did not tell us breakfast will be charged we surprised with charge.

“Overall excellent service & helpful stuff, the only thing surprised us charge on breakfast which nobody tell us there is not included on hotel room price.”

• Well maintained hotel in quiet location with free wireless internet access in lobby.
• Hotel was off the beaten path about a 10-15 minute walk to metro.

“Hotel is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood. The rooms are very nice and include a refrigerator. Breakfast is expensive and we did not eat in the dining room. There was a fee to use the internet in the room but in the lobby there was free Wi-Fi connection. A 10-15 minute walks to metro station.”

• Beautiful landscaping, trees, nice courtyard.
• Went to the washroom- the handle stayed in my hand, they charge 100 Euro for a deposit for an umbrella.

“The hotel is nice; however it is in a residential area outside of Paris. The morning wake up call did not work, frankly a lot of things did not work.”

• Excellent staff and very clean room.
• 12 Euro for one hour of internet is ridiculous. Common rates are 2 Euro in France.

“Very luxurious and clean hotel. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Location was a train ride from the center, but we had a view of the Eiffel tower. Very good experience all in all.”

• My only complaint is that the room was a little small, with very little closet space for two people.
