• Extraordinary indoor pool, nice studio, thematic environment.
• Confusing packages, infuriating limited TV network.

“They got the basics right. It is nice complex with a lot of features. I chose the 'sunset view' package and I was expecting something with the view on the Ouimet lake. Not so. By their own definition, it is the opposite site of the lake. Thanks to their logic, I was fooled and let down. I never saw such a large indoor pool. The TV network wants your money badly and has only a few channels. It was very quiet (low season) and enjoyed great rest with annoyances.”

• Lobby lounge is great.
• Rooms too warm.

• Earthy, romantic atmosphere. Entertainment pleasurable. Respectful to both English French speaking patrons. Full kitchens in rooms and well serviced.
• Over priced meals! Tips included in bills disallowing patron¿s evaluation of service. Facilities for leisure activities were lacking.

“Earthy and romantic. It over looks the lake in fantastically accommodated rooms built to fit many-group of 6 couples comfortably/leg family. A bit pricey due to its touristy Nature so buy food to cook in the room. Quick service/maintenance if required. Helpful and friendly staff knowledgeable with events and activities. Very clean environment.”

• I loved the hotel room, It was very spacious and functional.
• The only thing that was a problem, is that there is a slippery slope at the entrance of the parking lot.

“The Grand Lodge is a beautiful log Hotel. The rooms have 2 queen beds, a sitting area for reading with 2 chairs, a gas fireplace, TV, fridge and microwave, coffee maker. We had a great time at the interior pool and Jacuzzi. The massage was very relaxing and the staff very nice and polite. At night, in the lounge there was a singer or guitar player and karaoke. It is definitely a good place for leisure as well as relaxing.”
