• Shuttle service charge was $5/ room.
• Charge for shuttle service. Also site literature implied cost was per person per trip.

“Very pleasant environment, was originally concerned that the shuttle charge was $5/person /trip. However, the actual charge was $5/room which was acceptable, but I think it should still be included. The dining was a little pricey, but very pleasant. The hotel is located amidst a block of brand name competitors, but no other services are within working distance of the facility.”

• Near the airport with a shuttle service.
• Food & noisy room.

“Room service food looked like frozen food that was thawed in a microwave. And still not even warm. That was my $75 meal -- gross to look at worse to eat. Banging noises all day long in room, from both sides, bed wall and TV wall. Loud construction type noises. Would not recommend, excepting that it is near the airport. Bed was hard as a rock too.”

• Their staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.
• One of the rooms did smell of cigarette smoke.

“This is a perfect hotel if you plan to stay in the airport area. The hotel was very pretty, clean and the staff (everyone we encountered) was friendly, professional and always helpful, great experience overall.”

• Bright cheery lobby and rooms, nice sheets and bed and working TV.
• The food was pretty awful.

“It is a lovely hotel especially for an airport zone. I would stay there again but not eat there. There was a nice lobby bar, but smoking was allowed anywhere.”

• Nice lobby and clean well lit room.
• Staff that was poorly accountable.

“ The staff told us that breakfast was included with the room which we verified with Emily at the desk before eating some fruit at the buffet. Upon check out the next day at 6:00 a.m. I was forced to pay $50 US/ 40 EURO for one breakfast which they said was now not included with the room. We were told that the shuttle to the airport was every 15 minutes. The shuttle came every 25 min in the morning and every hour in the evening. We were waiting forever and to add to that some shuttle drivers were rude.”

• Comfortable bar area, large room, very helpful staff.
• No mini bar, no clock in room, no help offered with luggage.

“Lovely bar area, restaurant, reasonable fitness facilities, large room. Liked having small market available for snacks in lieu of room service.”

• Clean comfortable rooms very nice workout room
• The shuttle from the airport - it took almost 45 minutes to catch the shuttle.

“I travel for a living staying in a courtyard at least one night a week. This Courtyard at the Paris De Gaulle airport was the nicest Courtyard I have ever stayed in. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very clean. The hotel was very up to date and modern”

• Spacious, nice interior, pleasant.
• The desk attendant didn't want me to leave my car in front for 5 minutes so I could unload my baggage. I did it anyway.

“This is a large, nicely appointed hotel. Amenities are very expensive, however: 1.5 euros just to use the phone in the room for an outgoing call, before even accruing minutes, and breakfast prices well in excess of 20 euros.To get ice, I needed to use my room card several times; to operate the elevator, to get into the wing where my room was.To end on a positive note: I got a great bargain for the money. The room was huge and had everything a traveler could want, and the location good for getting to a morning flight.”
