• Location.
• Filthy; loud.

“I have been here 2 times this year and I will never stay here again. The rooms appear as if they have never been cleaned and every night there is an event in one of the salons with loud music until midnight or later.”

• Staff; restaurant service; the restaurant most of the time.
• Noise; lazy cleaning staff.

“I have stayed there 3 times in the last 3 months and have told my company to never put me there again. There is a party in one of the salons almost nightly with load music until midnight or later. They are remodeling and the hotel reeks of paint; the restaurant is between great and barely edible depending on the mood of the chef; and the only way to get the maid to actually clean your room is to complain. Having bashed them, I must admit the staff is very friendly and will correct anything in a timely manner, but its a daily fight with the same problems. However, working and living in Latin America for the past 25 years, I am accustomed to the coat and tie elite treating the workers like slaves so the workers feel obligated to do as little as possible. I would compare this hotel to a Holiday Inn Express in the USA; not a 5 star.”
