All the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The service in the bar was excellent.
Although room service is not available.

“It is not in the city center. It's a good business hotel located away from main shopping and tourist areas (10 minutes by taxi, 30 minutes by train including a 4 blocks walk and average waiting time).”

Friendly professional staff, nice clean room, comfortable bed.
No airport shuttle service. Too far from downtown and sites. Walking not possible.

“The hotel was very nice, I was able to check in early. They provided electric adapters for free. The negatives are the hotel is 10 to 15 minutes from downtown by taxi. A train and bus are across the street, but if you aren't use to reading those schedules it can be a little confusing. You have to pay for internet access 12 euro per day.”

Good access to public transportation. Great Staff.
In-hotel dining poor and not close to off-hotel dining.

“Overall I was satisfied; I'd go back. The hotel is located in a high-tech business area, not close to tourist areas but near inexpensive and reliable public transport that got us into town within 20 minutes. The single restaurant was expensive, not open enough but good. The staff were great; very knowledgeable and friendly.”

The room was very comfortable. I liked the pillows and there was plenty of room for our stuff.
Only one robe in closet, shower would be better if the curtain rod arced instead of straight.

“We enjoyed the stay. We were there for leisure, so we had to get into town for restaurants and activities, but the hotel is right next to a tram stop. We were very comfortable and it had most of the amenities I expect to see at a great hotel. ”
