• Helpful concierge desk, English speaking.
• Pricey, but worth it. Room service was good, but relatively expensive.

• The staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful. The rooms were spotless and comfortable.
• The television was a bit small, but that's just nitpicking.

“The Intercontinental Yokohama is located in an ideal section of the city. It provides scenic views of the harbor and city sky line. Shopping or restaurant needs are easily met, as there are a number of shopping areas and restaurants within a 10 minute walk of the hotel. Transportation is also not a problem, as the subway line is just a 5 minute walk from the hotel doors.”
