• Very professional. Personnel were top rate and there to answer any question I may have had.
• Saturday evening the hotel closed the main restaurant/bar to accommodate a party that reserved the main hall. The alternate bar was dark and smoky.

“I stayed there twice this year and would recommend it to anyone. The breakfast was beyond extraordinary.”

“I have stayed here twice; on the first occasion our reservation was wrong, on the second it was lost; the reservation staff are hopeless. Avoid the web site, the rates quoted are higher than those available and the reservation confirmation is meaningless; furthermore, the hotels facilities are misrepresented. Service is generally poor, particularly in the bar. Rooms are bland and unwelcoming. Double beds are NOT available, despite the hotel's claim to the contrary. One both occasions I was overcharged; also beware being quoted rates in Euros but being charged in Zlotys!”
