“They put us on a floor with a girls hockey team. Very noisy hard to sleep. Fire alarm went off at 1 in morning. Very noisy after alarm to get back to sleep.”

“This hotel was not more than a 2.5 star by any means. Staff was often absent when help was needed and they failed to explain the way parking worked when you are a guest. The rooms are not as nice as the images on the website portrayed. The rooms are also very cramped with little space to move around.”

“The hotel staff are friendly and the hotel is in good condition. However I believe the ventilation system may be inadequate. I have stayed on the 3rd and 4th floors of this hotel. The hotel is not smoke free, thus a light scent of smoke from the 2nd level (smoking rooms are located on this level) travels throughout the hotel and into the other rooms. If you have allergies or are sensitive to cigarette smoke, then this hotel would not be recommended. Otherwise it would be a good nights rest.”

“There was nothing wrong with the hotel. The traffic in the city was horrendous and what should have taken 15 minutes took 45 minutes.”

“Good clean hotel. Great helpful staff at the reception, housekeeping and restaurant who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Washrooms were well appointed and clean. Two queen beds made the room a little tight. Sleep number beds to suit to preference.”

“Our room was not clean, wrappers and garbage left by the bed stand. The bathroom was outdated the tub showed a lot of wear, old tile surrounding the tub, no vent/fan/warming light. Water would flood our bathroom so we had to use almost every towel to clean it up daily. Rooms were small, lobby was small. The comfort select beds are horribly uncomfortable. The internet and Wi-Fi were as slow as dial up. The good things about the hotel, it had great water pressure for the shower and the pool was open late(till 11:00 pm).”

“Overall it was an okay hotel to stay at for 1 night. The rooms were clean and very nice. The water bottles were a nice touch.”

“Not a good place for someone who has allergies. Could see mold on the ceiling, air conditioning unit & every time the fan kicked on was dealing with allergy symptoms. Moved to 3 different rooms because of the smell from carpet being cleaned prior to my stay. Carpets are old and very stained up. Furniture was torn and tattered in a couple of the rooms. Very thin walls could hear noise from above, sides and down the hall. Doors shut hard so whenever someone went in and out of their room it would shake everyones doors. The bathrooms were tiny and one needed repair in the shower.”

“Nice hotel. Great swimming pool, although the hot tub jets were broken the entire week we were there. Fitness area was okay. One of the two treadmills was broken our entire stay. The staff at the front desk (one person in particular) were very helpful and courteous. Complimentary coffee in the lobby would have been nice. They charged $2 for a cup from a machine. Only two computers for the entire hotel in the lobby. Most guests had to use these as there wasn't any WiFi in the rooms. For business travelers, WiFi is a must and should be a staple at any hotel these days. The sleep number beds were okay but nothing to write home about. A good mattress would have been the same. The down duvets were wonderful though. Housekeeping for the most part was good; but a couple of days we didn't get the coffee and mugs cleaned/replaced. The day we arrived, two of the elevators were out of order; everyone waited for 1 elevator. Overall, a nice hotel, but work was needed and maintenance needed. For a Radisson, I expected more.”

“This hotel should be a safe bet-a Radisson in a major city. It may have been a nice hotel when it was updated a few years ago but the hotel has not been nicely maintained. Carpets were stained, fixtures were broken, shower did not drain at all, Internet did not work.”

“I was disappointed with the star-rating. The bathrooms were very small, old and dirty. The room was small and nothing seemed updated or modern. The lobby was not relaxing. Parking is not convenient and they told me
I had to pay $5/day for parking.”

“This hotel was an excellent place to stay; the staff were very helpful and friendly and if the room itself had been a little bit better taken care of (the TV blew while we were there at 10 PM and the bathtub did not drain at all) then we would have been extremely pleased with our stay.”

“I felt like I was travelling in India when I was staying at the hotel. The manager, the front desk, the bus boy, the houskeeping staffs were all Indian. In a multi-cultural city like Toront, they should hire staffs from different ethic group, even though the owner is Indian.”

“Thanks to Priceline, we had a better-than-average hotel room at a less-than-average price. We would stay there again when we're in Toronto. The Radisson has beautiful, clean rooms. The beds were equipped with firmness controls, and the room was much more spacious than others we have stayed in. Unfortunately, we were under time pressure, so we didn't get to explore or experience the other amenities, but the restaurant looked very appealing.”

“The hotel was OK, nothing really great, nothing really bad. The rooms were spacious and staff friendly. The beds were terrible, no phone book in the room and the pool was cold.”

“Nice linens, comfortable beds, quiet and clean- just off 401- great if doing business in north/east Toronto or just stopping over for the evening.”

“This hotel didn't feel good from the moment we checked in. The lobby looked like it wasn't decorated since the 1970's. The beds were ok, but the room was dirty. The pool is in major need of a renovation; they actually doctored the pictures on the website to make it look better. After visiting the restaurant for breakfast, we vowed never to eat there again in our 4 day stay. The buffet was extremely short on selection and way over priced.”
