• The airport shuttle was very convenient and the cleaning lady was exceptionally wonderful and friendly.
• There was no pool.

“The hotel was close to the airport with a free shuttle which was all we really needed. The stay was really great. There was also free internet and fitness center which was great. The sleep number beds were a nice touch as well.”

• The service in the restaurant was fantastic!

“Disappointing stay. After traveling 8 hours from VT I was set up in a smoking room which made it difficult to sleep the day before a lecture. The front desk staff was very average and not helpful at all with any solutions.”

“Conveniently located near the Toronto Pearson International Airport, the Radisson Suites Hotel was spacious and comfortable. Radisson's soaps and shampoos are also my favorites when traveling.”

• Rooms were very large. Beds were sleep number beds. Nice.
• No pool.

“Hotel was very clean and located close enough to the airport and to many places to eat. Rooms were clean and had sleep number beds. Suites were very spacious and very comfortable.”

• I loved the suite set-up with the separate living room and bedroom.
• They charged $8.00 for parking and the fitness room was very small.

“This hotel is a great value for the price. The rooms are clean and spacious, the location is close to the 401 and many good restaurants!”

• Suites-had more than one room.
• No pool.

“Good location, near airport. No pool and had to pay for parking. Air conditioner did not blow into bedrooms, which made it quite warm. Suites are nicely kept and hotel was quiet.”

• The rooms had 2 TV's and a nice desk.
• The hotel staff was only partially helpful when asking for recommendations for entertainment locations, such as a movie theatre or a bar.

“While this hotel may be great for the business traveler who needs to stay close to the Pearson airport I would not recommend it for romantic or single travelers. Unless you are planning on making the drive to Toronto their is a general lack of entertainment in the immediate area. The sleep number beds were rather uncomfortable.”

• The front desk staff and concierge was incredibly friendly and helpful.
• There was no pool at this hotel.

“Radisson Suites Airport Hotel is conveniently located near Pearson International Airport. The rooms are incredibly clean and comfortable. The hotel staff is cheerful and friendly, and most willing to offer assistance when needed. The gym facilities do not have much to offer, nor is there a pool in this hotel. Despite the proximity of the airport, there is not too much noise in the rooms themselves, and it was a thrill to watch planes landing from our the windows of our hotel room.”

• Behavior of cleaning staff.

“Front desk very cordial, however when my husband and I left the room for a time in the morning he came back to find staff in our room taking our things, throwing our fruit and snacks away (except for the ones we retrieved from her cart!), she had taken our travel mugs, etc. No, we had not checked out - it was 10 am and check out was 12 noon and the maid threw about 20.00 worth of food and drinks. The stuff she kept on her cart was worth about 30.00. Front desk only offered us a rebate on our parking (7.99!) Can you believe we had to pay to park in the hotel parking lot? They didnt have the pool we had asked for either.”

• Beds were not good, service from front desk was bad.

“The service was bad in this hotel compared to other hotels that I've been staying at lately. There was no pool, no spa, and the beds were supremely uncomfortable. They have air mattresses for you to sleep on. I couldn't sleep the first night because they gave us 2 double beds instead of 1 queen or king bed. There was a loud humming the whole night. I'll never go to another Radisson hotel again.”

• The way the room was laid out and the adjustable beds.
• Loved everything.

“We loved this hotel. Good location to airport and some nice restaurants and a convenience store right outside. We felt save in this location to walk about. On a scale of one to ten we definitely give it a ten!”

• Must pay for transportation from airport. All others hotels have free shuttles.

• Large room.
• Poor telecommunications systems (weak Internet signal, poor phone lines, phones outdated. etc). Maids do not close dose doors after they leave.

“I give this hotel a 6. The staff tries to be helpful, but they miss the mark for the following reasons. 1. They are not very organized. There was a leak and for 4 days no one knows how to coordinate or respond to the situation. 2. The maid service came to clean my room, walked w/o locking the door. I came back and must have at around for 30 min before the maid returned. Luckily nothing from my room (ie computer, IPOD, money, passport) was stolen. This happened twice during my 4 night stay. 3. Poor telecommunications systems (weak Internet signal, poor phone lines, phones outdated, etc). This hotel is intended for business travelers, so it was a shock to me to learn that the internet signal was very week and slow all over the hotel. I asked the front desk is I can plug my laptop anywhere, and they told me that the hotel is not wired. They offered me a device to hook up to my new computer, but it didn't improve the signal. Hence it felt as if I was using dial-up. The phones system was very outdated. I ended up using my cell phone for all important business calls.”

• Ended up with a smoking room - shuttle to the airport cost $6 each way and was not aware of this.

“Was in an executive beautiful room - but it was smoking and kind of disappointing. Shuttle wasn't free. Very classy room and hotel.”

• "Great for relaxing after a long work day".
• Wireless internet my laptop had a problem and I was not able to get my work complete and e mails.

“It was a great place to stay however they should have an alternative other than going to the lobby and plug your laptop where there is a lot of traffic; you need to concentrate to write and provide good quotes another option (better) for customers that did not have wireless option.”
