• Clean, fresh, comfortable and well-decorated.
• They charge for WIFI but let you print your boarding pass for free.

“Although a bit further from the airport than I thought, this hotel was very nice and I would highly recommend it - especially for the price we paid through Priceline. The public areas and room are fresh, clean, comfortable and well-decorated.”

• The price is good, very clean, friendly staff.
• Very expensive hotel bus, waited 30 minutes at airport for it.

“The hotel room is spacious, clean. We booked it thinking that we are saving money on hotel in London, but ended up spending a lot more than living inside the central London because of the expensive hotel bus ride. It cost us $pounds per a ride. We also waited at least 20 -25 minutes each way for the hotel bus. We wasted so much time and money by booking this hotel. It totally defeated the purpose of choosing this hotel.”

• location to airport and london train station
• coffee cups in hotel room were dirty and one has a white substance in it

“Great hotel to get to the airport. Nice rooms and excellent fitness center. Staff was hit or miss as far as customer service. I would, however , stay here again.”

• Convenient Hoppa bus service to Heathrow.
• Expensive food.

“Great location to Heathrow airport. Hoppa bus service runs from early morning to late night (11:30 pm) every 30 minutes or so to terminals 1,2,3, and 5. Cost is 4 pounds per adult, free for children. Dining options are limited. Not many good restaurants around. Hotel dining is very expensive.”
